Seamless setup and very easy user interface. Delaram helped me to adjust the size of the widget in just a couple minutes and her customer service was exceptional! Aliya is also super helpful and friendly. This app has helped us capture many sales.
Really helps to boost our sales and the interface is really easy to use.
This app worked really well when we first installed it, but now it does not function as it should. Notifications are not being sent, and though we have begged for help to fix numerous times over the last 2 months, support staff are very unresponsive and unhelpful.
Our daily conversations with customers has been greatly simplified since we started using Zoko. The support is amazing! The app is constantly developing and providing us with more features geared towards increasing sales, which is excellent.
Excellent app that has helped our business a lot! Routes are much better organized and the Shopify integration has worked well so far. Highly recommend!
Trix and Brian are very responsive and knowledgable. Trix answered my every question and helped us get set up with great offers! Would definitely recommend this app.
