Rock solid! Too many people download an app, install it and rate it right away. Those reviews are useless. I've been using this app for a while now and have pushed almost 400 orders through it to FBA. We use shopify as our single source of truth and FBA for fulfilment. We sell and sync to Amazon, eBay, Facebook, Pinterest and Google shops. And this app has worked perfectly. We've had SKU's stored in two locations and never has stock count between any location been mixed up, regardless of the channel used to sell or if FBA or merchant fulfilled. There isn't much to an app like this - but it's role is critical. Stock count errors piss off customers, cause added costs to reputation with customers and seller channel as it directly relates to your performance as a seller. I tried a few apps and here is the thing, some were so complicated and finicky that I could not trust them. For a mission critical role like managing stock levels across channels and fulfilment you need KISS. I am not using auto fulfilment yet, though I will soon. Also their support is great and importantly they =understand FBA= in as much detail (or more) than Shopify - which is critical. Thank you for taking the time to leave us such an incredible review. Most people don't bother to leave reviews about positive experiences because they are unincentivized. It's only when we receive such positive feedback, do we rest knowing that we have done our jobs well. Thank you for giving us this proverbial pat on the back, you made our day!

Works quickly and easily. And the support is quick to respond and helpful to the max. A perfect app experience, get it installed, configured and then forget about it, so you can get back to the important business tasks, like looking after your own customers! Kudos!

Works great. Fast and light weight. Amazing customer support too. Worked with me to trouble shoot and identify a fix and abiding by all our change control rules too. Very impressive level of cooperation done right, that is, not steam rolling through a customer''s code.

Great app and great support. I'm only using it for partial SEO stuff. Though the majority of use is the original app core functionality of image optimisation, ai naming, alt texts and the like.

The product works well and does what it says it will do. The issue to be careful of is not so much the product, however that going into using this, you still need to understand what it can and can't address. Remarketing and the broken standards between Facebook and Shopify and Google aren't magically solved by using different feed apps. They can help tremendously - though you will still need a broad understanding of what is needed and what the various limitations are to ensure success. Highly suggest also looking into support from digital marketing experts as well to fully scope out the challenges ahead and what can and can't be done to integrate the many systems and platforms out there.

Hi Number 9 Fashion, This is Daniel from Flexify. Thanks for your valuable feedback, and we 100% agree - it is tough navigating the different platforms and a digital expert is always helpful to really get the most out of an ad campaign.

*** Warning will add significant page speed penalties *** I've had to re rate my review, The app works well - however it has been over a year now since I first raised with the developer their substandard backend architecture. They serve their scripts out of a US based AWS S3 Bucket. Which apart from not being AWS best practice and is needlessly costing them extra to operate - it causes massive performance problems for sites outside of the US. In APAC I have a 1.5 second page delay added to =EVERY-= page. The worst part is, is that switching to a CDN (Cloudfront) as all great apps use and is essential in ecommerce is a 10 min job for them being already on AWS. The simply need to setup the CDN (5 mins) and change one line of code in their app.. Also as an AWS employee I've provided them the simple information needed to do this. They don't respond, either because it is too hard for them to bother or the speed of your website (and their cost base too!) is of no concern to them. Very dissapeointng. Shopify really needs to mandate that ALL apps use a CDN. It is basic web scale architecture.

Works well and integrates nicely with Klaviyo too! Prompt and helpful support too. Good signs of ongoing development too. Been using for a couple of years now.

Need to stock take? Need to automate? Need to save time? Then use this APP! It allowed me to perform a complete stock inventory in no time whatsoever.

They continue to charge even after the app is removed. Even better they make this out to be your fault. They can tell if an API call is being made or to or an app used. Yet they stay quiet. There is zero proactivity to confirm if you either were having issues or if you were aware that subscriptions need to be cancelled. Not on uninstall, not anywhere to they offer you the chance or information to double confirm billing. Totally unethical. Why do you allow this Shopify? Why do you allow your app partners to charge outside of the eco system? Your customers deserve better than cowboy developers like this. -- Update Aug 9th. My response to them after they refund one last month. These guys are dead to rights guilty. It is their clear objective to remain quiet, not make this an easily avoided situation and wait for customers to notice as opposed to them being proactive -- G'Day Waylon, The issue is one of trust and customer proactivity. You setup a seperate billing connection outside of the Shopify billing system. The clear ramification of this is that if an app is removed, unlike most other apps, the charges don't stop and you keep charging. And you are comfortable with this? You are WELL AWARE of this as you have FAQ comments on this and instructing people what to do. I am sure I am not the first to complain. Since you are aware of this, it is even more disgusting how you have not acted to fix the root cause. Either by charging via Shopify, or automatically cancelling subscription plans when an uninstall is detected. Or sending CLEAR follow up emails instructing customers on what to do to finish a clean shutdown. You can clearly match active billing accounts to those with no API or data usage. A clear indication that the app is not being used. You could also further check these dormant accounts with uninstall records too and then either cancel the payments or reach out to the customer. You do not. It is such a truly horrible customer experience and a clear sign of where and how you value your customers. And it is also damming on Shopify to allow you to behave like this too.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback. I am sorry that this was your experience, but I am happy to look at your account to see where we dropped the ball and what we can do to resolve it. We try to be as transparent as possible with the billing and how to manage your own account. Please reach out to our support directly and we will look into this case for you.

App works well and most importantly the customer service is quick and helpful. At the end of the day if you yourself run your shop with customer service as it's core strength, you need your supplies (or pick your suppliers) that do likewise. Kudos to Thomas!

Works well and effortlessly for Amazon and eBay. Of note they were the first and only service in this space to support Amazon Australia. Customer service is sensational! Great range of subscription plans to match your needs, volume and business too. Flat rate, commission based, volume, etc.

POS. Does not work. Won't authenticate even with my master account. To top it off support have said that the old app is removed and well, just this is it. Talk about leaving your customer's out to dry. What a shamefully poor customer experience from Shopify. From the result of a clearly flawed development and release system, to a complete lack of thinking about the customer experience and the issues from their (our) perspective. Shame.
