Cute concept, customers LOve it! Lots of freedoms for the shop owner with design. Developer is attentive and responsive. They always have enhancements and care about what the shop owners want. Cost effective too, and we have a 100% capture rate! My customers just LOve this touch, it's personalized and celebratory. I pick up a lot of new customers with this app. They come, they browse, they sign up for the birthday club and then when they get their gift, they come to the site ready to buy. Some customers have been waiting all year for this discount! It's dependable and consistent. The checkouts are usually larger than my average cart and my regular gals feel super special! Nothing better than a birthday present sitting in your inbox! Do something nice for your repeat customers!

The app is really good but the customer service is in a different league altogether! I don't use this app in the same way as most people might. My store is a Pet related business and I use this app to collect a dogs name and breed as well as the DOB. Over a few nights, Stu at customer support went above and beyond helping me to add additional features that I needed (metafields etc). Nothing was too much, even when I felt I might be becoming a pain with all my questions. Well done, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app to anyone. Thanks for this super review Mike. Pretty good app and very reactive customer service that will take real action if you encounter an issue

The app is easy to set up, the documentation is detailed and thorough, but our experience with support completely blew us away. Steve was extremely quick to respond to our emails and always had a detailed and relevant answer. He also anticipated our needs and proactively offered suggestions. Thanks to his help, we were able to easily set up a two-way loop with Klaviyo so that: 1) birthdays collected in Happy Birthday are transferred to Klaviyo and seamlessly attach to our existing flow infrastructure for birthday offers 2) birthday we collected thru our existing channels are synced back to Happy Birthday, so we can make sure we are not asking our return customers for information they already provided. Between the app's simple and lightweight design and unparalleled customer support experience, we are now reviewing other apps made by the same team and trying to find a use case for them. You guys are amazing.

The Birthday app is really amazing. We've been using it for about 2 months and it has been working on the Website and on POS as well. Pretty easy and very intuitive, also their team if you have any issues with, will help to solve it and they really made it work!!!

The app works well and is clearly laid out. You have to familiarize yourself briefly at first, but then you can start right away. The support is fast and helpful - they translated the app and its displayed content into German in a very short time without any problems.

This app is perfect! Does exactly what we need it to do, and that's collect birthdays on the Order Status Page/Thank You Page. We integrate with KLAVIYO and everything works seamlessly. This app is amazing! We've used it for ages on our old shop and had no problems moving all our data over to our newly designed store front. We've even got Omnisend integrated, so we can send out a combined email and SMS blast easily. Our top tip? Happy birthday emails convert like crazy, so make sure you include them in your flow!

A good app to record birthdays, there are extensive settings for customization that are clearly displayed, the app is well worth the money. A shortcoming, however, is the integration of the birthday to the customer data in Shopify, here the workflow can still be improved significantly, but still 5 stars, the support is top fast help to the point. We look forward to a good time.

Really happy with how this app works. Very simple to set up, and responsive support for any queries I've had. We currently only use this app to capture birthdays on the order status page, choosing to do the actual birthday campaign in Klaviyo. Around 20% of our customers choose to share their birthday with us at this point.

I have loved this addition to our store! We have had the app for 2+ years and it has definitely helped increase sales, and makes our customers feel special at their birthday time. UPDATE: These guys are the best! They have been so helpful and responsive when we had issues. They recently changed the expiration date to the end of the day versus a set time in the morning to help cutdown on customer confusion. Truly so easy to work with! We used this app as a way to engage and thank our customers. It has major value added and helps create a sense of appreciation among customers. The team has been super responsive to any questions and suggestions we've had!

I think this app is a must have for customers loyalty. It also allows you to know the exact age of your customers so you can know your customers avatar better. The app is perfectly implemented. They have thought of everything and the customer service is great.

I needed some fields translated because the default language is English but my store is in Spanish, so I contacted customer support and they did it speedily and kindly. Would recommend.

Can't limit what they purchase, how many they put in their cart. We sell high end items and want to limit it to one per person. No way to verify what their birthday is with this program. Not customizable enough

Great app. Easy to install, seamlessly integrates into the checkout flow, and gives me another reason to connect with the customer after purchase. I have a pet brand, so I ask for the pet's birthday at checkout- people appreciate the 'gift' for their pet without feeling like I'm asking something too personal. Also like that it integrates with Klaviyo so more advanced flows can be built.

it would be better if it integrated better with Shopify admin and added other apps

A fantastic app! No complaints at all. One of the best and easy to setup (and use) apps I've worked with. The sign-up form that gets added to the 'Thank you' page is ideal and looks seamless to the checkout design. This app was so easy to install and works great...in 25 days we've had 11 purchases out of 300 sends with a 45% open rate, which is awesome considering we just started using it. Recognizing someone's birthday is as important to loyalty as converting the sale anyway.
