We installed VOL Extra Fees because we needed to automatically apply a 50% tariff fee specifically to our USA customers. ​ From the beginning, Vugar was extremely transparent about what was and wasn’t technically possible. He explained how location detection works on our Shopify plan, including the limitations and edge cases, rather than simply promising that everything would work perfectly in every situation. I really appreciated that honesty. ​ What impressed me most was how personally involved he was in the setup. Vugar didn’t just tell us which settings to change—he configured everything for us and created a safe test setup first so the fee would only appear for our test customer account. This allowed us to confirm that everything was working before exposing the fee to our actual USA customers. ​ Once we were ready to go live, he coordinated the activation with us in real time because we were also updating our USA pricing at the same time. He then tested the live setup himself using a US VPN and sent us screenshots so we could verify exactly what our American customers would see. The 50% tariff fee was applied and calculated correctly. ​ The support throughout the entire process was exceptional—responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and also genuinely fun to work with. Vugar was even available over the weekend to coordinate the launch with us. ​ If you have a complicated fee, tariff, or location-based surcharge requirement and want someone who will actually take the time to understand your business and help you test everything properly, I would absolutely recommend VOL Apps and Vugar.

Works extremely well, attractive sign-up for back in stock notification, great reports for the app's activity, and the ability for customers to sign up to our email newsletter at the same time is also is a bonus. Brought in sales for restocked items. Best of all the customer service is absolutely amazing! It is obvious that the creators are hard working and passionate about this. Great job! Huge assortment of labels available that are extremely professional looking! You can even upload your own if you want, but there are so many options it's not really necessary. We use the labels for various sales (buy 2 get 1, 50%, etc). They really stand out. You can adjust the display size easily. You can choose the products that get the label by collections, manually, by price, and more! This is an excellent app run by excellent people.

I spent weeks researching apps to do what I was looking for. This app was able to do what we need, and I love that it is 'built for Shopify' which means the code is clean and won't slow down my store! Really easy to use. The customer service is beyond excellent!!! My inquiries were all answered quickly, friendly, and they were always happy to help, and followed up as necessary!
