We ran a re-theme after 5 years of essentially zero technical updates. DiscountOS was a mission-critical partner in tackling a custom discount module we needed desperately. Samantha was available all hours of the day via Tawk.io chat (my favorite chat system) and we solved a couple really difficult problems in record time. I can tell the DiscountOS technical team are not only great Shopify developers, but also good logic/computer science/data analytics because we were able to discuss back-end architecture freely. Would recommend Samantha and the team at DiscountOS 10x over.
We left a year ago for a different service and have found the application to be one of the best we have used. Good to be back and support is excellent.

The app is easy to set up and maintain and works very well for our purposes. Customer service/support are top notch! Highly recommend.

We've been using this app for about a year. Any issues or questions we've had have been quickly addressed by the support team. There does not seem to be a limit to the number of shipping rules you can have. The only thing I would advise to watch for is if you are using the app across multiple stores. If you have two stores open in separate tabs and then open the app in one store, all the shipping rules are copied over to the other store. We have separate shipping rules depending on the store, so we've taken great care to avoid this. Overall, I think the app works very well for our needs!
The Better Reports has been awesome!! Anytime I have a question I can press the blue button and I have an emailed answer shortly .
