I haven't used the app for long, but so far, I really like it. I've used several different options apps over the years and this is one of the easiest to set up. Also, it just worked out of the box and was easy to get it to look the way I wanted. I needed customer service help to remove the add-on product links from my cart page and the rest of the website. Steven was amazing - had it finished in what seemed like just minutes. Update: This app is the best I've used for variants! I like it so much that I've now upgraded to the annual Pro plan. I ran into a little issue upgrading the plan, and again, the customer service (Clara) was amazing. I only wish I'd found the app sooner.

Really great app! I haven't needed to subscribe to a paid plan yet, but won't hesitate to in the future. I've needed customer service help a couple of times now for formatting help with my themes and Sam resolved it both times super quick. Amazing service for an app that offers a free plan.

It's hard to find an app that does it all: inventory plus bundles, kits, and reporting, but Sumtracker does all of these things for a very reasonable price. I've run into only one issue in the few months I've been using it. Support was fast, friendly and had the issue fixed very quickly.

Fast, friendly support. Seems to have sped up the store. Time will tell if it makes a difference in the long run.
