Really good app and the tech support person, Helen, is really helpful. Initially I had a 4 star review due to a few minor technical issues, but Helen sorted them all out for me so now I'm rating the app 5 stars as it does everything I need it to.

Really helpful and responsive support staff. They patiently helped me with a few issues I had with importing reviews from another app.
I have only used them for a short time but I have found the customer service to be excellent. They have gone above and beyond the service I have received from other POD providers. I am especially excited that they have now introduced branded boxes for their shoes. This is a gamechanger for me. They are a little more expensive than other suppliers I use for the same products, but the quality is excellent and I have never had complaints from customers, so I don't mind paying a little more.
Fantastic app. Helped me launch a new product and collect pre-orders so I knew how many to order from my supplier.
