Appstle has been our first subscription app, and it's been a great experience. We chose them initially because they're one of the few solutions, which allow to easily help our customers manage their subscriptions when they call us for assistance. So many subscription apps don't allow this and force customers to manage their own. What's really been great though is their service. They're super responsive and worked together with our team to implement a custom API app with us. I highly recommend them.

This is a fantastic product and Ilana provides excellent service. Hands down, JSON-LD for SEO is a fool proof way to add high-quality, structured data to your Shopify store. It's simple to configure and pretty much works like magic. The best thing though is that Illana is directly involved in service, is super responsive and goes the extra mile if any issues come up. I can't recommend it enough.

This app is exactly what is advertised and works great. Specifically, it seamlessly integrates our Shopify orders with Netsuite. It automatically processes shipment information and charges credit cards when Item Fulfillments and Cash Sales are generated. Setup took a bit of time, but their service team is very responsive to get us up and going. We've been using this now for several years and it works perfectly.
Just a fantastic overall experience. Easy to use, excellent support. An excellent investment to make sure your conversion is tracking correctly.

We've been with Rep for a while now, and it is a fantastic addition to the store. It's consistently improved our e-commerce conversion rate and allowed us to prioritize our service efforts with our customers. The recent addition of Chat GPT functionality is a game changer. It's like having a customer service rep with instant knowledge of our entire catalog. We have employees who have worked with us for years, who do not have the detailed product knowledge this integration provides. The best thing I like is that Rep is being actively developed, and they're very responsive with communications.
Drip has been a solid backbone to build excellent post-purchase automation. Their workflows also allow us to build "intelligent" campaigns instead of just sending a series of emails that is responsive to customers' decisions and preferences. The support team is easy to work with too. We highly recommend this.
