I had a terrible experience with this app. I requested a refund on the same day that the services were due to renew, as we no longer needed them. To my surprise, the refund was rudely declined. When I asked why, I was told it was because of their "policy." However, after reviewing their terms and conditions carefully, I could find no mention of a no-refund policy. It seems like they simply make up policies on the spot to avoid giving refunds. I find it incredibly frustrating and unprofessional that they declined my request without providing clear justification or referencing their actual policies. Transparency is key, and this app lacks that completely. I will not be using their services again, and I highly recommend others to be cautious before committing to anything with this company.
