We needed a simple chat plugin that was easy to onboard and Shopify Inbox met those needs perfectly. It was easy to onboard and customize and it being a free app for us to try live chat with was also a big selling feature. We do miss the integration with messenger though!
It was a simple onboard and great service, even on the free plan. We are using it mostly for draft orders and quotes, and it's been a great solution so far

Works as expected, very easy to set up, and already saves a great deal of time during production planning and financial reviews by quickly being able to look at product inventory value across best-sellers, our wholesale catalogue, and total inventory. Very easy to onboard. We used this app to book out in-studio shopping experiences for the holiday season. The free plan was enough to get things working but looking at a paid plan for automatic reminders and questions.

We use this app to help manage material and product inventory for a growing cosmetics company. Highlight for me is the simplicity of its stock management formula. Bonus is that there's not an overcomplexity to the app, which makes it the most enjoyable experience. Straight forward and gives the information needed. Also, 5 stars for customer service. They were able to add on a feature I needed within 12 hours of contact Thank you so much for your review! So happy to hear you like the app :)))
We are using this for our shipping, delivery and pickup. The features are great, but wish there was a postal/zip code qualifier for delivery. The service in getting it to function perfectly with our site was awesome! Update: Postal/zip is there now. This app is awesome and the support team is unreal. There have been multiple times that they have gone above and beyond for us. Big thank you to everyone at Secomapp
