After 2 years working with the app, it works fantastic!! Although my 5 stars go to the Support team that answered every single question I have had so far installing the app plus all the support given every time I messed up or did not know how to work around things. The app has worked great for my company's needs. Anytime I have an issue, I can message the team and they get my problem resolved in a timely manner.
Does not work with Shopify's Order Printer and can only use their Email Confirmation Template (no customizations). Also had repeated issues with service outages -- delivery option would disappear and reappear randomly. Also had order that were completed without any date selection at all (which is supposedly required to move past cart page to checkout) and their support couldn't explain this or offer any solution and just told us to wait for it to happen again...which it did. Also experienced the date and month switching assignments (so customers who chose January 4 at checkout would get email confirmation reading April 1...ditto Order Printer printouts). We "band-aid-ed" these ongoing issues for months...sometimes contacting their support and sometimes fixing it ourselves with custom code in Email Confirmation template and Order Printer template. We also shared screenshots and snippets of code with Customer Support to demonstrate these issues and prove they were isolated to this app, but Customer Support's responses were of no help. After months of issues, this app's Customer Support finally admitted that their app does not work with Order Printer and that Email Confirmation must exclusively be their template without any changes or customization. If they had admitted this from the start, it would have saved us lots of time and months of subscription fees. This--along with replies from customer service that were not complete sentences and very difficult to understand in English--plus the service outages we experienced and inconsistencies of submitted orders led us uninstall the app.

Thank you for your review. Shopify Order Printer cannot be "plug and play" instantly with other apps as they have issues integrating with their own as well. As mention to you via our support, in order to get it to work, a code snippet is required to be inserted to both your store and the Email Confirmation template (based on the 1 star review of the Shopify Order Printer app, this seems to be the norm). We had tried to follow up with you several times after sending you the codes but there was no further reply. Do let us know need our further assistance on this.
We used this app for more than 3 years without major issues. Now they changed and completely broke the app and we are left with a non functioning order system, loosing money. The assistance gave us just a standard reply and, worst of all, asked for administration access to the app and completely broke things.
The support for Store Pickup is excellent. I recently upgraded my theme and it caused a problem with the app displaying in the shopping cart. The support team was very responsive and had the problem fixed quickly. I'm very pleased with this app functionality and support.
I used this app for awhile and despite many emails with Tommy regarding my store's requirements, users somehow managed to bypass the app altogether. I deleted, uninstalled the app and removed the developer's permissions in April 2022, but voila! I was still charged the recurring charges in May 2022. Unhappy! I want a refund.

Thank you for your review. We had processed the refunds already. It should be reflected in the bill 7 days from now. Please note that the billing was made by Shopify. The reason for that is that app was uninstall after the billing had occurred. According to the control panel, it shows that your billing cycle was 19 April to 19 May and your app was uninstalled at 20 April. You may refer to the following FAQ from Shopify in regards how they bill for apps: https://shopify.dev/apps/billing
I have been using the Store Pickup & Delivery Date app as long as I have had my Shopify store. The app works great and customer service is always responsive and helpful. I recommend it.

This app is the worst app I have ever used in my life. Fresh out the gate the app didn’t even work. After months of back and fourth craziness I cancelled it, installed a competitor app and that one was installed and working in 1 hour. What took months for this to work, took another app 1 hour. Horrible. This app should be removed from Shopify. It is the most horrendous app I’ve ever used in all the years I’ve used shopify.
The App is exactly what we need to create scheduled pickups and delivery orders. And they have great support. They were able to help us customize our order emails to us and the customers so it works seamlessly with our business!
This app makes it easy for my customers to choose a pickup or delivery date and saves me time because I don't have to contact them to make those arrangements. The setup was generally easy to go through but when I had questions or a problem figuring something out, the support team was quick and courteous. This app is absolutely essential to my store now. If there is one feature I would wish they could add, it's to be able to blackout specific hours on certain days, not just the entire day.

Great app with many customisable functions. Had some trouble setting it up however Sterling took the time to help us through it very patiently and went the extra mile in figuring out how to solve our problems. And even months down the line, they were always happy to help. Would definitely recommend this app.
I purchased this app because our store needed more customized delivery options. I looked into dozens of apps and solutions and this is the ONLY app that was able to restrict shipping for product categories. Their team has saved me hours worth of time and frustrations. If you have an issue, they will worth with you to find a solution. Highly recommend!
Not the easiest app in the world to set up - there are a lot of steps to get it 'just right' - but there's a lot of stuff it needs to get right, so fair dos. There are other complicated apps that 'hand-hold' better, but as long as you follow instructions - and the guys also offer help - then you'll be OK. I have one store, so I have the app set up to offer both Local Delivery and Collect at Store. No-one's used either yet, but my revamped site's only just gone live, so early days. Once set up, with some help from the guys, everything's now running tickety-boo (I did a LOT of testing...). I was concerned at first that enabling the Google Maps API would cost me potentially quite a lot of money - turns out that althought Google 'charge' you to use the API, they also give you a ridiculous number of credits towards it, so in practice only *serious* users are likely to have to pay anything. And no, you don't get charged - credits are given before billing. Overall, for U$8.99/mth for the app, a reasonable buy. If it turns out nobody uses my new options, it won't be because of the app, which integrates well. Good job!
This is an easy to use app, and when it wouldn't do exactly what I wanted (apply pickup scheduling to just one product in our catalog) the developers customized it for me so it would. Now I'm able to offer made-to-order charcuterie boards through my website - where customers can select the date and time they want to pick up their cheese board. All the other products in my store default to regular pickup options with no scheduling, so checkout isn't overly complicated for products we don't need to schedule!
Very, Very ,Very easy to use!!!! So user friendly & what I've been needing! This is a win for sure.
With my website, I needed 5 pickup location so I try this app and I knew that everything will be easy for me. You can moove, add or erase what you want in the setting of the app. After a year, I started to see that some of my costumers need something different with the box of the different locations. I wrote to the team and after like, 2-3 days, all the modifications was done and now, it's more than perfect. It's nice to know that you are talking with a real human and not feeling like you're talking to a robot. They understand what I needed and gave me exactly what I needed.
I love that it allows customers to pick a time for the pickup on the day they select. I needed to adjust a few things on my website and the support team and Tommy reacted quickly and made sure to take care of it. I would highly recommend this app for small business. Thank you again Tommy.
We are using this for our shipping, delivery and pickup. The features are great, but wish there was a postal/zip code qualifier for delivery. The service in getting it to function perfectly with our site was awesome! Update: Postal/zip is there now. This app is awesome and the support team is unreal. After 8 months on Shopify with another Pickup/Delivery app that just wasnt doing what i had hoped for, i discovered Secomapp & OMG, its been a gamechanger! Every part of the pick up & delivery process is customisable. I dont know how i managed to do the first 8 months of business without it. The tech support team are unreal. Tommy was super attentive & replied to my numerous emails within hours. I wish there were 10 stars cause i'd be giving all 10.
We have been using this app as well as their pop-up app for just under a year now and it has been fantastic! Our store does online food delivery so allowing customers to choose date and time is essential. The team worked with us to help set things up and ensure it works well for us. I used this app to help me offer an option for self pickup from my individual brick and mortar stores. It is so easy to set up and the only part which I struggled with was how to only make free shipping for store pickup to not appear for customers who did not select store pickup and that was solved because I did not implement the weight based free shipping as prescribed because it was in the youtube video and i didn't notice the weight to input. All's good now and we are truly loving this app that offers us so much flexibility in terms of lead time adjustment, black out dates and even max number of slots available per time slot. Thanks so much Sterling and team for developing this amazing app and helping us solve the headache of ensuring that pickup is only available at locations where we truly have inventory.
Great app, For pick up and delivery after trying a few other similar apps this one works the best, has the best functionality, and the best support. I set up test stores on the free trial to try out the app before putting it live and the support always got back to me promptly to help solve problems, or suggest work arounds. We needed a solution for our click and collect issue: one app that would hold our extensive list of stores and would work with our theme. This app works perfectly for our needs, but the best of it is the customer service given by Sterling. Always helpful and mindful of our questions and needs. Definitely made our live much easier and our website is much more user-friendly.

This app is a must for a floristry business retailing online. The app is user-friendly and easily allows customers to select their preferred delivery date and time. The support provided by Stirling was amazing. As a novice to website building, I had many queries; however, the team at Secomapp were extremely patient and generous with advice. They honestly went above and beyond and were even able to customize certain features to suit my needs.
CS is super helpful and i like that they explain the problem statement and suggest solutions! not just with a "done" answer.
customer support is amazing! i have no html skills but wanted to have the date picker on a specific position at the cart page. technical support did the setup for me within 24hours without any extra costs! setup of the app is a bit more complex then others date pickers. but if you run a business where you need to setup local delivery + shipping + pickup, this app is perfect! thanks to the customer support & technical support team for helping me with the setup! runs without any bugs. one wish for the future: that the customer-selected delivery date is shown at the "thank you page" or/ and at the last step of the checkout-page (summary-page)
We wanted a pickup/delivery app that would be affordable for a small business yet have a lot of parameter controls, so decided to see if this would do the trick. When I had a problem with the setup, they quickly explained what the issue was and how to resolve it. Then later when we wanted to have some products that are pickup/delivery only vs ones that could be shipped too, they customized the code to allow that. Amazing customer support! Complete app for store pickup, to add and manage orders, stores and locations. Works fine after configured and the app team is always available to help. We recomend it!
I am a small business owner of a rental business catering to new moms who need to rent breast pumps and buy lactation products. We home delivery our products and also ship some out. Our need was to be able to offer local delivery for the rental product and to ship out all others. This customization is not available in many apps on Shopify or even the current shopify app. We are a small shop and I am really unable to hire a developer to create a custom solution. I wanted to offer a big vote of thanks to Sterling and his team. I am not a tech person and he spent a lot of time over email going over my specific needs and helped me install and test out the app to see if it would be a good fit for me. He did this in a very prompt way...over a period of 24-48 hours. I found his communication and grasp of my needs to be stellar. I am just amazed at the quality of help I received. Wishing Sterling and the app developers and team lots of success.
I used this app to help me with my delivery options for my online organic store. My customers now have the option of shipping (interstate), local delivery and store pickup. It's quite complex getting this right and also adding date and time pickers for the customers to choose when they would like their ordered delivered or picked up. It makes my job easier if I don't have to contact the customer for this information. Their online support was also amazing.
Very user-friendly app! The monthly fee is very reasonable for small businesses that simply want the convenience of being able to offer curbside pickup and delivery dates scheduler for their customers.

Very helpful customer service, quick response and ability to fix the problems. The only frustrating thing for us are some bugs that keep coming up, and the time difference, which results in some of our customers not going through with the orders. However, I believe that the app will be improving over time!

Amazing how the UI/UX is better than Shopify itself and it perfectly replaces and ads features to a simple task "pickup" (very complicated using shopify).
Been using the app for about 2 weeks now and have no complaints. The app is easy to setup and use. This has help eliminate our undeliverable local deliveries as we now can provide a delivery date and time that works for the customer.
I would highly recommend this app! I used the app on my online store to allow my customers to collect from our retail locations and offer a delivery service with our own vans. In looking for this functionality in other apps I struggled to find a suitable solution that also looked great. Since finding Secomapps app this fixed both these problems, first of all the functionality was really well thought out, you can set up the locations and store details super simply using their 3rd party control centre, plus the added bonus of bulk uploading made it very easy to be up and running in no time. Second, the design and customisation of this app is great, it worked well with my theme and allowed me to adjust colours and fonts. I also needed some custom functionality added to the app which the team at Secomapps were more than happy to help me include, they went over and above to facilitate my needs, even working out of office hours to complete the requested upgrades. Great team, super friendly and super helpful. 6 starts from me if i could and will continue to look out for future app and updates for this app
I love this app, I love the fact that I am able to add local delivery and pick up . It makes my shop easier to work on and it also makes it easier for my local customers to save . I love the way it’s easy to use and the customer service is amazing . I have been a customer for few days but I have been contacted and I love the service already .

This is a great, easy to use app for local pick up or delivery! The standard features do not include the ability to have only some items on your site available for local pick up and some only available for shipping. However, we were able to reach out to the customer support and they created a custom code tagging sequence for us that has worked well so far!
These guys have aa amazing support team that is quick and eager to help if you ever need them. When every I have reached out for help no matter how small the request they have accommodated.

Works well for pickup scheduling and specifying a local delivery radius. Developer is responsive and friendly. Very pleased with this app.
things to note, Does not work with google pay, android pay, not the accelerated checkout but at normal checkout, does not work for subscription services. Does not actually create a normal pickup like shopify's standard. It creates a shipping option as pick up. Other than that it works fine and could work for someone with low integrations. If you have a lot of features. this wont work
The Secomapp team have gone above and beyond to help us with our needs. They have been supportive and helpful. The app is truly useful and the options are great. With certain tweaks and help from the team, I was able to customise it for my purpose efficiently. Kudos to the team! I can't recommend this app enough!

Great App for local businesses that want to offer pickup and/or local delivery based on a radius service from their location.
A lot of bugs in this app and very complicated to make it work properly. It does conflict with a lot of other apps as well. The e-mail sent by Secomapp to the store is very basic and doesn't show discounts nor the cart total.
Great app, a little tricky to set up but support staff is very helpful. We would recommend this app for in store "Curbside" pick up.

Excellent Customer Service. replied all 3 times I requested help in less then 12 hours . Probably sooner. Im still testing the APP so I'm not sure if its the right fit for me yet based on my needs but from my experience so far I have nothing but great things to say.
Very good app, and helpful support team. We were set up and live within a few days. My only comment is that the app allows the customer to overwrite the pickup address at the checkout, which could cause confusion for them, but all works perfectly well otherwise so far. I have enjoyed the ease of use and it also looks like they are looking to update with a new feature to help out with the current covid_19 situation which I was very glad to hear about.
We have been using this app for quite some time now and have been very pleased with its capabilities. Recently we came across an issue but Sterling from SecoMapp was so helpful in getting the issue resolved and also did so quickly. This app is also works better for in store pickup than the regular shopify one and we would definitely recommend.

We were able to work with a member of the development team to resolve the minor issue we were having with the color coding for the calendar function. The team was respectful, helpful and very timely in their resolve. The attended to our issue with a sense of understanding and great importance.
Outstanding Customer Service from the developers! We had some minor technical difficulties starting up with an app in our drawer cart, but all resolved quickly. There is one significant drawback to all Shopify Pickup Apps, including this one. In your Settings/Shipping, you will need to create a Store Pickup, and it will become visible to Shipping checkout guests. With that mind, you may experience some delivery orders arriving as store pickup and missout collecting the shipping fee that you may charge on your orders! Trust me, people are blind and will do anything to skip the delivery fee. With all that, the app is working great, functionality and customization are also at an excellent level.
