There is a bit of a user learning curve with the product itself, but the support staff is super helpful and responsive when you do run into any issues.

We've had the pleasure of having Laura Gomez as my customer success rep. She was so helpful and got straight to the point in regard to what she thought our company could change to get the most out of our contract with Okendo (Reviews, Loyalty, and Referrals). It is great to have a supportive customer support team who is knowledgeable and helpful. We've used Okendo for about 7 months and have just recently been able to see all the features that they have that help provide customers the best rewards experience. The support from their tech team from onboarding to handling small issues that come up from time to time has also been seamless.

Joel and Andrea were extremely helpful and timely with their responses/solutions.

Great support and lots of cool capabilities. Using free version, but may upgrade to paid. Both options have lots of benefirs. Thanks!
