Such a lovely experience! We've been able to earn more revenue by having this loyalty program, and their team has been so helpful with every single thing. Great customer service. Quick response and issue immediately explained. Very happy with their team's attention and support.
I had a constellation of issues and started with just one or two, and Gem Support (Jane!) was on it immediately. The related other issues came in fast and furious and Jane was quick to understand and keep track of those too. They stayed with us until all the issues were cleared, working with us and their tech team in realtime to get it all cleared, with humor and diligence. A+ for sure.
Love this app! Neizl was SO helpful in adding our video to the website. Everything is super easy and straightforward, and having that video is awesome when it comes to showing how our product works!

This is such an incredible app to work with. Not only is the integration so easy, but there are amazing people there to help with anything you need! As a military spouse, I feel so grateful to be able to offer a military and first response discount to our moms and families and I love that GovX ID makes it easier to do so.
Timesact absolutely rescued us when we were hit with supply-chain delays, making it possible for our customers to place orders with a good understanding that their orders would ship in the near future. The app reduced upset customer calls dramatically through good communication and the ability to place orders. An easy-to implement life-saver.
