We are very happy with the Dealeasy app and the customer support from Logbase. We've only experienced a few issues so far, and whenever something came up, it was resolved quickly and easily. The support team is very responsive and helpful. Even with a slightly bigger issue recently, the team took care of it right away. A special thanks to Keerthana from the Customer Success Team, who was always friendly, responded quickly, and made sure our issue was properly addressed. Thanks for the great support!

The tool is really helpful; it gives great data insight and is super easy to use. Their customer service is absolutely amazing; they reply super fast and help you along the way! When you are a retailer, it is not easy to track competitors' prices regularly but with Prisync, it makes it effortless.
