The system stopped working in October. Customer support keeps claiming everything is fine on their end, but the orders don’t appear in their system at all. They promise to look into it and get back to us, but we never hear anything… I recommend using some other app instead.

Clearly no one works at this business anymore. Do not download this app. It has been abandoned. We also have identified multiple terms of service violations and have requested its removal from the Shopify app store so no one else suffers what we have suffered through.

Just started using it has issues with emails not going out to new affiliates as well as not syncing with klaviyo. No help response for a week from support tickets or support email.

Fantastic affiliate marketing software. I switched with an existing list of affiliates and Karolina was there to answer questions the whole way. I highly recommend this to e-commerce businesses

The app has great functionality. Customer service is always quick to resolve any questions we have.

App was broken upon my download and took nearly a week to be fixed. Customer service was not as friendly as expected during the process.

It always does a great job with every launch that I do of keeping everything organized. Whenever I have questions about a feature Karolina is always returning my emails with helpful advice.

I tried a couple of referral programs before landing on GH. It's flexible to different payment schemes, has some nice features like payment tiers, and it's much easier to modify the emails and portal pages than other systems. On top of that, support was extremely personal and helpful, diving into my code for me and helping to install. Highly recommended. As our company has expanded we have added more people to the platform and still gotten a high quality level of service.

I've had very good success with the app. No installation or setup issues. I use it on a fairly limited basis, for a small scale affiliate program only, and it's worked very well for this purpose. I recently had a question/concern regarding an order that wasn't credited to an affiliate. Support was very quick to respond and was very helpful in resolving the issue. Turns out the order wasn't credited for good reason so the app was working properly.

Hands down the best investment for any new ecommerce store looking to start an affiliate program. Easy to integrate into Shopify. Easilly setup a new affiliate or refer a friend program in minutes. For those time when you're feeling like a newbie the amazing support team are always there to lend a helping hand.

After extensive searching for an affiliate marketing program, I decided to go with Growth Hero. GH is very user friendly and they have very attentive customer service. They also have a Youtube channel with training videos that are very helpful. They are always sending emails with tips on set up and how to improve your partner programs. I am very happy with my experience so far! Shout out to Karolina for being so helpful!

After using this app for roughly a year, they've decided to add new features that we have 0 interest in using and are forcing us to pay extra for them.

I have used this app for some time and it has always been a great app to manage affiliates through our website. Recently had an issue and reached out to the team who resolved it within 24 hours, it turns out the issues actually caused by us however the team showed us the error we had made and insured that we were happy with the results plus taught us how to fix it in future if we make the same mistake again. 10/10

We set this app up to help support our wholesale customers during the peak of Covid but did not end up needing to keep the paid version implemented due to business returning close to normal. Be careful when installing this app; if you don't fully understand how to use it within the trial period of 14 days, they will not grant you an extension. Take note that this app is complex—it has a referral program with payouts, an MLM component, integrations, etc. After we installed Growth Hero, our marketing team had to set this aside with the intent of launching it after 3 months. Due to its complexity we needed time to figure out which of its features to prioritize and how to communicate these properly alongside other campaigns. We made the mistake of not uninstalling this before the trial period ended. We did not however use it nor benefit from it in any way during this time, and this could surely be validated by Growth Hero. In spite of this, Growth Hero chose not to honor our request for a charge reversal for an unused program. We find this upsetting because we've been using Shopify for 5 years and this is the first time we've encountered this level of customer service from one of Shopify's apps. If this is how this company's customer service level is even before we use the program, we will definitely not proceed with using Growth Hero. On a side note, it doesn't make business sense to choose to pocket our 3 months worth of subscription money versus retaining us as a regular customer if Growth Hero had better customer service. Update: Even if they CONFIRM that you WERE NOT ABLE TO use their program, they will insist on dangling policy. They will choose what's legal, not what is fair. Again, for your protection as a customer, do not install this app unless you know you can fully understand it within their 14 day trial period.

We use Growth Hero to run our affiliate, referral, and brand ambassador programs. We really enjoy all of the features it provides and whenever there is a feature that we'd like to be added, the Growth Hero team documents it for us. We're hoping to see some of those wanted features on the platform in the near future! We're also very happy with the quick customer service whenever we have a question.

We have an unusual situation where we have a custom front-end and Shopify back-end, and GH has helped us get an affiliate scheme up and running (after months of trying to figure out a way to do this with various other options!). Wasn't all smooth sailing, and we had some manual work to do, but the support team helped us get up and running.

We are growing a MLM network, it´s the best tool on the market. They even developed commission generating based on our needs.

The first affordable "share and earn discount" program I found after 3 years (!) of building shops Shopify and WooComerce. Other apps are super expensive or miss critical features. Plus, Mike and team were super helpful with explaining the affiliate discount settings and helping me make the CSS code pixel perfect.

GrowthHero, and more specifically Dagmara, is outstanding! Set up a challenging requirement of ours almost immediately. I would not look at another Affiliate Marketing Platform.

We love using this app to build our affiliate program for TikTok! We had a slight issue connecting paypal to be able to issue payouts and the support team helped us quickly and we got it all worked out. Great price, awesome features, highly recommend if working with influencers on any platform.

Holy Moses! This app is the holy grail of Affiliate Marketing Apps. It does EVERYTHING you need to set up any sort of referral program. The features and customizability combined with the super affordable prize of this app are beyond anything we've seen and what you sometimes don't even get with 500USD/per month and upwards affiliate platforms. Support(Thank you Simon) is also super fast and the help pages are super easy to read and understandable. Keep up the great work and this app please. It's a life saver for small businesses :)

The GrowthHero team went above & beyond to help us build out our client's affiliate program. App could use a few improvements in the partner settings-allowing for partners to be in different groups so they can receive multiple commission structures depending on promo code given. However, customer support is always helpful. Thanks Simon for the help with our PayPal Integration issue!

Tried GrowthHero but it wasn't for us. I found it too complicated to set up. In addition, it's quite hard to figure out how to do the set up whilst NOT being live. We kept getting sign ups, while we were still configuring the templates etc. Customer service is very responsive though.

GrowthHero is intuitive and smart. We just processed our first payout during the first month of use. Setting up the PayPal API was a bit tedious, but Simon in the support department was fast and responsive and solved my issue. Looking forward to expanding our use of GrowthHero.

This app looks absolutely perfect. The interface similar to that of Shopify makes navigation very convenient. There are a large number of possibilities, everything is very well thought out. I'm almost done setting up and can't wait to use it. Everything looks very reliable. Documentation and tutorials allow you to configure everything on your own, everything is very well explained. Only downside: the integration of the domain name for emails, which requires outside help despite the different supports (Growthero & Sendgrid). It would take a DNS expert within Growthero support, able to add the elements to the Shopify backoffice. For the rest, everything is perfect, this application is a marvel and the support is fantastic, always available, open to improvements. A big thank you to the team and especially to Simon for his availability and his professionalism. This application is recent but is already very advanced technically. Chances are it will become the best for affiliate programs.

Simon and Mike were SUPERB helping us to get started. Support for Shopify apps can be a hit or miss game, but GrowthHero has been a BIG HIT! Overall the app met our entire checklist of needs and I have no doubt that as new needs arise, the support team will continue to be a resource for us.

Just going through setup now. It's not super intuitive so far, as the setup forces open a lot of new windows, but I'm making progress! We are going to use it to set up our authors as affiliate

We switched to this application because we needed to be able to exclude certain products from commission. One feature lacking was the ability to easily track orders by Partner in Shopify. We reached out to support and within one day, Mike added order tagging to the Shopify Orders page. We will stay with this application because of the excellent customer service and developer support.

AMAZING!! We have started the research on developing the network marketing platform, yer prices were around $13.000 - $50.000, or flat rates of $2000 subscribe model, monthly payments. So we almost moved away from that idea, since investing it only in as software at this point of our start-up was insane. And as God sign was the idea flashed in mind of one of our colleagues, saying let see is there any app on Shopify. And BINGO, we find lot of apps supporting affiliate marketing, did a homework, tried all of them to see how our network would love them, and how easy is to make it brand friendly, without signing all over place in order to get to the Dashboard, and follow the progress of both partners and performances of our campaigns and engagement. The very best choice, without any doubt was GrowthHero. Easy, to set up, easy to integrate, easy to use. But maybe the best out of it is really fast and detailed human support. We've been navigating this app as a way to give a little something back to those that lost their jobs due to COVID, and we've loved working with it. The people behind this app are always quick to respond, the app is easy to customize if you know how to code. I will say the PayPal API is a little tough to navigate, but seriously, any issue we've come up with, Simon and Mike respond quickly to help us out.

So far, so good. I had a few issues trying to figure out what my affiliate sees but the responsive customer support *Simon* and *Gregg* were fantastic in answering my questions. We have been looking for an Affiliate Marketing App that we could use on our store. Many we trialled, weren't able to sync with our store due to a checkout app that we used. I contacted GrowthHero to see if they could check whether their App would work with our store and they replied quickly to say they would do some testing. Thankfully, they were able to confirm that the App would work and we have started trialling the App with some of our customers. So far the App is great. We had a few things that we wanted added and changed and Mike was more than happy to put them forward to the developers and everything has been able to be added/changed that we were looking for.
