It started out as a great solution. But for some reason some features suddenly stopped working, for example the automated messages for abandoned carts. We have tried to reach out to the team, but received no quick response. Honestly starting to look for another solution.

An absolutely great app! works wonderfully to reflect ALL numbers you need to make sound decisions with a lot of customizations such as custolmised costs and variable costs as well (such as commission on ad spend etc), handling fees (per order or product type) and much more. The free trial is huge plus! As for the support team, they are extremely wonderful! Harper was a HUGE help in walking us through the app and answering all our questions. Absolutely 100% satisfied! Absolutely amazing! Its exactly what we were looking for, a hassle-free way to add a gift with purchase, where our customers can actually see the gift added to their cart prior to completing their purchase. This app has helped us fix a HUGE problem we were facing with managing our inventory especially when we are offering bundles of our individual items. It manages inventory PLUS makes fulfillment so much easier (WITH LESS MISTAKES). It will breakdown the bundle for you at checkout so that your fulfillment team would remember to add EVERY SINGLE ITEM! PLUS, it will notify you when one of your individual items (in the bundle) are out of stock which will also help you control when to stop selling your bundles. The creation of different bundles also become much easier! FYI, the team is very responsive and supportive! I recommend this app
