Crap if you sell to the USA but your company isn't based there.
We have been using this product for years. Recently, because Shopify has *finally* increased variant limits, we encountered an issue with the increased number of variants not being supported by the app correctly. It took over a month for support to come through, and eventually this issue was fixed; however, the number of failed edits in a recent bulk edit was disappointing, and I had to use another bulk editing app to perform the same edits. This other app had no failures. Hextom Bulk Product Edit is good for smaller jobs, but for larger jobs it can be very slow (compared to some other apps in the same category), and a failure rate of approximately 3% is irritating and time-consuming to fix when one has simply bulk edited a single value across thousands of variants.
This app is a real lifesaver! It's helped us customize the "new" Shopify Plus checkout in ways that we just don't have the internal skills to do. The best part is that we asked for a tweak to one of the features, and Checkout Blocks kindly obliged. This makes us feel like the developer listens, which is a five-star experience in our books. Thanks!
Awesome app, gives our business control over when and how we refund our customers WITHOUT relying on third parties to manage the process. Fits well into our customer service workflow. Love this app and will recommend to anyone wanting to offer an internal way to manage refunds and replacements. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
Really great app so far, and we have decided to install on both of our stores. It's elegant, fast loading and simple enough to understand without any clutter. Highly recommended!
PageFly is great for making your Shopify store exactly the way you want to. The WYSIWYG editor is easy to use. You don't need to have any experience in coding (although it helps to understand the different properties of page elements). Those experienced in coding will also find it easy to adjust the CSS for more specific styling. Customer service is excellent. They truly go above and beyond to assist you, with support available 24/7. No matter the issue you encounter, the PageFly team consistently finds effective solutions. A recent update to PageFly introduced a more native Shopify look and feel, which took some time to get used to. But once you adapt to the changes, you'll find that navigating the app becomes even easier. The integration seamlessly blends with the existing Shopify interface The only thing that can be frustrating is that PageFly heavily messes with your theme code and uses a multitude of its own code. Of course it needs all that to run smoothly but if you ever want to uninstall PageFly you pretty much have to use a blank new theme. Other than that, highly recommend.

Quick and easy, great customer support. Highly recommended as a good, more flexible alternative to the Microsoft-provided app.
Not happy. We are on the "$49 per month" plan and have intentionally set a limit of 239,000 impressions in the app settings to guard against overages. Assuming any overage charges are retrospctive, December 2020 charges by FOMO were $129 (total of 317k impressions for Nov-Dec), January charges were $70 (total of 214K impressions for Dec-Jan). Why did Nov-Dec go so much above our cap (317k), and how is charging MORE than the next tier even justifiable? (1.2mil impressions for $99 vs. an ACTUAL charge of $129). Why were we charged overage fees in Dec-Jan with a LESS reported impressions than our cap (214k)? Shouldn't this only be $49 because it was less than 240k impressions? Of note are mysterious items in our bill called "Usage Fees"(?)... so now I'm going to have to go through the fine print and figure out what these are and why FOMO is charging us so much. $200 over two months for a product which we assumed would cost half that. Feel like FOMO writes their own checks. Disappointed.

Updated reply: You signed up for our volume-based billing plan, which was stated in the signup terms. All users who install after March 2021 only have access to plan tiers and not our flexible plan. Once you exceed the impressions included in your plan, Fomo will halt on your site and you will have to manually upgrade plans to continue showing Fomo notifications. Thanks and email us at hello@fomo.com if you have any questions. Previous reply: Hey WTF Notebooks, I've just sent you an email. You've been on the $49/mo plan for 2 months and the $99/mo plan for 1 month. You were not charged $129 for any billing cycle - I think this might be a timing misunderstanding. Here's a guide to how Shopify charges on their billing cycle: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-billing/your-invoice/apps#usage-pricing-plans. Shopify's billing calls our premium plan tiers "usage fees" but they are simply the plan charges. I've reached out with suggestions for managing your impressions so you can control your billing and pay only what you expect.
