Great tool and wonderful support. We moved to an expensive tool from Boost filter app a few years ago but the experience was very awful. We moved back to Boost app after two years and cannot be happy with user friendly dashboard and the support we have been receiving. It took only days to go live with Boost app compared to months even though we paid implementation cost to other tool.

I don't recommend this app if you are thinking to automate the returns process. We spent over $2000 on the unmanifest articles because they are not able to pass the article details. I have given 2 months to fix the issue but they couldn't, now I need to accept the loss and find something else.

Great tool and highly recommended. We are using this tool to get Company Ranking, Product Review, and Local Store Ranking. The tool is integrated with Shopify and will allow us to integrate other channels via API. Their support team is outstanding. They give solutions to all requests and set up everything in no time.
It's a great tool which shown the difference from the day one. The support was exceptional, Michelle helped us with the customize code changes to populate the template which helped us to setup straight away.

Shippit has been a reliable and amazing platform for us to use for our business. It is extremely user friendly and their customer support is great. Our customers love the regular updates from the couriers. I would highly recommend them. Shippit often gets confused as a courier company, but Shippit is in fact the platform in which merchants use to ship their orders out to their customers. It has been a game changer for our DC staff for pick and pack and saves us a lot of time.
