Tracy from Blockify is super responsive and helped me right away with a fraudulent email from a customer with an abandoned cart. She suggested I download the Blockify Checkout Customizer app and she immediately helped set it up and create rules to block that email from ordering fraudulent orders. This is excellent customer service from Tracy. I highly recommend the Blockify apps and her team.

Recently, I had been experiencing increased bot traffic from two countries and Tracy from Blockify Fraud Filter, jumped right in and immediately, set the rules and blocked those countries and denied access to them. It was so fast and smooth. I really highly recommend their customer service and app. They did an excellent job.

Smile.io has been terrific. Their support team, Lynn & Shelby have been so great and helped me clean out thousands of discount codes and identified a problematic email issue I would have never caught on my own. I'm really impressed with the level of hands-on help. I highly recommend them.

Just installed SEOLab tonight and the onboarding experience has been excellent. Mehak was extremely helpful, supportive and incredibly responsive. They investigated a JSON-LD issue I flagged, clarified it was from another app. So far, I'm very impressed with the customer service. Will update this review as I continue using the app.

The customer support for this app is excellent. They helped me alot with setting up and answered all my questions. Specifically, Fola in customer support was very patient and excellent in helping me get set up as a new online business.
