Updating my review from 2019. I'm still using Marsello and still loving it. They continue to update the app to keep it fresh and competitive and their customer service is very responsive. Top notch all the way around. I highly recommend this app! I use this app. for automated e-mail campaigns, triggered e-mails and the loyalty program. So far I'm very satisfied with all of the features. Everything is working smoothly and I've had really good response to the 'recover abandoned carts' and 'win back lapsed customers' e-mail triggers. I've tried quite a few different automated marketing platforms and I'm the happiest with this one as it works well and is affordable.
Still learning how to use this app but satisfied so far. Really happy that this is a free product for Shopify stores.
Easy to use and install. Customers seem to really like the convenience of sending a quick message and I like the ease in which I can answer them. I highly recommend it.

Really impressed. Customer service has been great and I'm very happy with the shoppable gallery, it looks clean and professional and most importantly it works well. I imbedded the tracking script so I'm excited to see what it teaches me. Thanks so much SNPT!
Just added this app to my store so I don’t have any practical user info to share except that it was very easy to install and the the one question I had for them was answered right away. I’m using the free tier until I get some users so I can see how it goes. I’m grateful for the free tier option to allow for a testing period. Thanks so much.
