This Stockie app is an excellent replacement for Stocky. We ran some trials for a few different options and Stockie is the easiest switch we've ever had to do. It brought big smiles to our faces after some of the other options we tried. After using Stocky for years, the learning curve is so low it's almost non-existent. We were able to dive right in and start using it. The support has been excellent, both helpful and timely, and I would highly recommend Stockie to anyone who still needs a replacement for Stocky.

Fabulous UI, unparalleled reporting functionality, amazing customer service, and all for a great price. We've had this app for a month and already I consider it invaluable. Thank you Report Pundit for filling the much needed reporting gap in Shopify!
We have used this review since setting up our online store 3 years ago. At this point we will be looking at changing our loyalty point program. Anything less than Pro is not worth the money, and the subscription fees are out of control. We are frustrated with the lack of features in any payment plan other than Pro. We would happily pay a reasonable subscription fee for the app, but the Pro is an insane amount of money to pay for a mid-sized business, and the features in Starter or Growth are not worth it. I would recommend against other small/medium sized businesses using this app. I am glad the developers have found success with enterprise level businesses but they do not care or cater to anyone else.

Thank you for sharing your open & honest feedback. It hurts, because we champion ourselves on supporting small & medium business 😔 . It's definitely not our intention to price anybody out of using Smile. There's normally a way we can work together to figure out a viable way forwards. This works well to add a single file to a product. However, it is exceedingly irritating to have to make adjustments on the variant level instead of product level. Ex, to change the fulfillment settings from automatic to manual. Or to add files - you have to individually add each file to each variant. I feel like there should be a tick box, or something in the general settings, to choose to make these changes on the product level. If digital downloads are a core piece of your business and you have a wide inventory, I would look at using another app!

Great app! Easy to use, flexible implementation, and the best customer support for any app, in my experience. Not to mention, no limit to how many bundles we create, nor any predatory pricing structures if your store gets busier. Highly recommend!
This app was the missing piece to our Shopify POS. With full customization of reports, plus a fabulously responsive development team, we are able to get a full swatch of sales, inventory, and financial reports to help us accurately assess our business needs day-to-day and when doing long-term planning. Shopify reports just don't cut it in comparison - worth every penny!
