Good app but customer service so bad. They respond in two weeks. My ticket: 588919 and 586637. And now it's still unresolved!

Great app. Great customer service. Problems are supported and resolved quickly. Recommend for everyone!
The application worked fine but it deleted the information of other apps (customized) that caused errors on my orders. I hope the developer can fix it
