We've been suing Order Printer Pro for several years. Recently we ran into an issue with being able to print our packing slips. I contacted customer service through the chat option and got a response within minutes. The issue ended up being on the Shopify side of things, but Order Printer Pro was able to find me a workaround while the issue was being worked on and followed up once the issue was resolved. It's rare these days to get such quick and helpful service. I really appreciated it!

Great app with lots of handy features. Due to Shopify's inventory constraints I needed an outside way to track the inventory of two separate items that go together but that the customer must choose colors for separately and that the inventory must be tracked separately. This app more than covers that need, as well as other features like changing the product photo to match the variant selected. Customer service is very responsive and helpful and they work to quickly solve any issues even if it has to be passed up the tech chain. Shoutout to Lich and Anne in CS for all their help!

This app does a great job automatically pushing out of stock items to the bottom of a collection, and in-stock items to the top of it. We handcraft our products and often go out of stock. Back In Stock has been huge in informing us about what our customers want and when, thus guiding our production decisions, as well as automatically notifying our customers when an item they want is available. It's invaluable being able to know exactly what your customers want, and then having a direct pipeline to customers that are already ready to buy. Plus, Back In Stock is easy and intuitive to use. Easily my best investment for my website.

Loved this app, then Privy decided to take it from being free, to being $140 a month. No joke. Beginning July 9th, 2019, they now have it set up so that as long as you get fewer than 5,000 page views a month, it's free. But at my monthly page views (around 55,000) they want me to pay $140 a month. $140. A. Month. That's more than I pay for my website! Don't get me wrong, I would gladly pay for the app, as I definitely think it added value. I'd pay $20-$40 a month, which is more than I pay for any other app for my website. But $140 a month?? Get real Privy.

Very intuitive and modern, yet simple and user-friendly MRP. Exactly what we needed to manage material and product inventory, keep track of production and ensure no orders slipped through the cracks. That it syncs orders and inventory with Shopify is a huge plus, along with sending POs automatically to Quickbooks. Customer service is absolutely top notch, very quick turnaround times and they really go above and beyond to understand the issue and provide a solution. We highly recommend Katana for small-medium sized businesses like ours looking to take it to the next level!
