Very disappointing overall. It is not possible to properly edit the message templates, which severely limits customization. Even worse, the automated translations (for example into German) are completely incorrect and unusable. It's surprising that such a fundamental issue has not been noticed or fixed. This is a critical bug that directly affects customer communication.

Works as expected. Easy set up and customization including translations for multi-language stores. I had a minor issue with a price format, that was resolved swiftly. Highly recommended!

This app gets the job done! I've been using it for several years now and I'm very happy with it. It's easy to set up, to customize, it seamlessly integrates with my store and makes the work so much easier. The support has always been outstanding, very fast response-time and always with a quick solution at hand. In my 5+ years with Shopify this is an e-commerce essential, one of very few apps, you simply need!

I hate giving poor reviews, but this app simply isn't working at all. At first I only saw a blank screen when opening the app. Ok, the app support responded quite fast to solve the issue and confirmed it was a bug on their/Shopifys side. But then the optimization page just freezed and nothing happened. I didn't see any kind of progress on the dashboard or in the history tab. And now I'm back to seeing the blank screen. Very frustrating and what's even worse, the app support disappeared and is not replying to my emails anymore.

Another great app from these devs! Awesome support, great features, easy to set up and it looks super nice. Plus, it integrates with Parcel Panel making running daily operations even smoother :)

I've searched a long time and tried a lot of other apps, none can do what this app can do. If you want to integrate YouTube videos to your store, this is the one to go! GREAT!!!

This app is truly the KING! It's exactly what I was looking for so my customers are able to save their favorite products super easy and even share them with others. Everything is smooth and simple, since the app developers install and setup the app for free. And it even works perfect in German! The app is also backed by nice analytics and I could see some first engagement right away! The support was very fast and always very friendly. Plus, the price for this service is more than fair.
