Overall, effortless set-up, but a few things that could be improved - currency adaptation, discount for upsell products is not visible.
Great and fast customer support, intuitive UI for the app, which makes the content management very efficient. Also, very good analytics. Recommend!
Loop Returns & Exchanges offers outstanding customer service — always ready to help with anything. The system is user-friendly, lets us track every return with ease, and smoothly handles about 95% of our cases. We had a great experience with this app and the support team! When we ran into an issue with the "Notify Me" button's visibility and placement, support responded quickly and helped us resolve it within minutes. Everything was smooth and efficient — really appreciated the friendly and professional assistance.
Best part of the app: all Etsy orders now show up (duplicate) as Shopify orders, allowing them to be shipped and managed all together (Shopify is our prime marketplace). Customer service is very good with getting errors sorted - they actually do it for you, not just guide to a description / FAQ :)
