We found judge.me by searching for an alternative to Yatpo. If you are using or thinking about using Yatpo, there is no comparison. Judge.me offers a better product with better customer service at a fraction of the price. Thanks, PJ!

Just got up and running a few days ago. So far seems to be working for us...definitely a time saver from manually entering orders from Shopify into Quickbooks! I would probably give this app a 4 star rating just because I think visually it could be a bit better (easier to view / read). Tim's customer service makes up for any issues and definitely makes this app a solid 5 star!

Can never go wrong with a free app! Points out issues that you might not be aware of and offers suggestions / solutions for addressing the issues.

We've only been using the app for a couple of weeks on www.onefurallpets.com, but so far it seems good. Good customer service and you can't go wrong with the free trial!

I used the app with Magento and liked it. Trying to use it with Shopify, but can't get any customer support. Submit a ticket, wait up to a week only for them to respond with the same answer (click this article for help) over and over. I don't think they have anyone doing real tech support, just someone checking e-mail from time to time to copy and past "standard responses." Support was good when I used with Magento but now seems to not exist...very disappointing.
