I’m a startup doing everything myself for the most part. I spent hours reviewing other platforms and even tried a few trials. Omnisend was the easiest, and by far best customer service 24/7. I work everyday as the founder. Saturday and Sunday and omnisend was available within minutes. All The techs I work with know the software and guide me perfectly. I’m upset I paid active campaign money just to try theirs which was expensive and there are some major bugs with active campaign that should not be with how big of a company they are and their access to resources. TaxRex has been perfect! I reviewed a lot of tax apps, and there were others that a lot of people knew of and recommended, but after reviewing them, I thought TaxRex would be best and I was right. They have done a great job, they make it easy and most importantly they are VERY responsive. Customer service on these apps are really important and TaxRex shines in customer service.

I wanted to start running surveys to better understand our customers and use the valuable data in marketing and new product development. I am new using the APP and have to say I am very happy! I reached out to them to get their help while I was setting it up and they were right there to help! They helped me fine tune everything and get it the way I wanted all in one day! I have learned from experience to only use apps with great customer service otherwise it is almost impossible to have success unless you are a website developer and I am not! I also like the way their app looks and I am picky visually.
