We have been getting massively spammed by bots from countries that we have never sold to. This app has helped tremendously. Thank you!!
This app absolutely rules — and the team behind it does too. Variant Option Product Options (VO) by Relentless Apps has been a must-have for my Shopify store because it makes offering multiple variant/custom options clean, reliable, and easy to manage. We did run into an issue where another app was interfering with VO’s functionality, and I was bracing for the usual back-and-forth… but nope. It was handled immediately. Tech support from Relentless Apps was truly *relentless* — they jumped in fast, identified the conflict, and fixed it right away. That kind of responsiveness is rare. I’ve been using this app for a few years now and Jon has consistently been quick to reply, clear in his communication, and genuinely helpful whenever anything comes up. If your store depends on offering multiple variants or custom options, this app is a necessity. Top-notch product, top-notch support. Bravo — and thank you!!

I've installed and uninstalled many bot apps, SMARTBOT is hands down the Best and we're super happy. Easy to understand - easy to set up and train. Super on point. Interface is simple to use and they also have the most affordable plans. Thank you for making our lives easier.
