Great app. It's exactly what we needed when we switched over from a paid similar app. Support was great and set it up for us. I was also able to migrate my backlog of notifications to this app with ease.

This app works fine but is priced wrong. It should be priced by number of emails vs a monthly limit. The way most stores will use it will hit the limit every month making the lowest plan worthless. When a product goes out of stock for us, it is out of stock for a month or two. We may not send an email for many months because a shipment hasn't arrived. However, once a container arrives a ton of products get back in stock, there are 500 people waiting and we always hit the email limit. So we can go 4 months paying $20 for no emails and then when we really need this app, it throttles us down and we can only send out 100 emails and need to pay more? It would be nice if we could just roll over our unused emails each month. We switched to a free back in stock app that is just as good and has no limits.

Hello, thank you for leaving us a review; just wanted to leave some feedback to let you know we this is something we are currently working on; notifications that do not expire that you can just buy in 'packs'. If you can get in touch with us on support@backinstock.org I would be happy to provide more info.
This app is decent but has alot of typos and some small bugs. You can get around them all to make things work, but things could be streamlined to make it easier for the affiliate manager. Update: It takes about 2 minutes to add each affiliate due to alot of repetitive tasks that can be easily coded away. I don't like spending 1 hour to onboard 30 new affiliates. 1) You cannot set a default payment method. I need to login as each affiliate and change that option every time. 2) When adding a redirect URL, it always asks "Did you create URL redirect for this custom link?" every single time. There should be a check option to "never show this again" 3) Making custom discount codes is tedious because you need to manually go to each one again after adding the affiliate add each one and then re-type (or paste) a description of each coupon code, even though each affiliate basically gets the same type of coupon. There has to be a way to streamline this. Why isn't on the same page as their profile info?

Major time saver. We import hundreds of orders a week from CSVs and as long as the files are formatted to map correctly, the system imports them at about 1 order every 2 seconds. If I had to import the orders manually, it would easily take 2 minutes per order. Also must say that the customer service is great!
It's like pulling teeth trying to understand pricing and features. Going with a different reward app.
