We use the app from day one as we have many products and different staff adding them on the website. We are reassured to know that in case of mistakes we can easily recall the previous version of the product's description. As we are using HTML tabs, it is very useful if someone mess up with the code while writing the description : 1 click and the HTML code is back. Also, knowing that we have a backup of the themes is very reassuring as we work a lot on them and sometimes have conflict with apps. If we do not identify the bugs immediately, it is almost impossible to fix it via the 'previous version' feature of Shopify. With Rewind , we can fully recall the website until the version with the bug fixed and so identify the issue. It will be almost impossible with Shopify integrated feature because we will have to do it page after page...and in the correct order. We love the app, it is more just than a tool you will use at the critical moment. It is also affordable and suggest you to go for the plan with the 'live backup feature'. BTW, we strongly suggest you to try to recall pages, themes, products when you install the app so you are sure it is working and you know what to do the 'D-day'. Better to be prepared than adding stress when your website is in trouble ;)

Great tips in here, thanks for sharing! We're so glad to hear that you're enjoying peace of mind with Rewind.
We are also using this app on our 2nd website (Medium Plan only). Below my original review for our main website (Large Plan) ---------------------------------------- Best value for money. Other reports apps are so expensive especially when you have multiple websites. Let's be clear, shopify basic stats feature is already amazing buy if you need to export data for your accountant with, ie, payment gateways or exc. VAT amount, you won't have the choice to go with this kind of app. The interface is quiet easy to understand and creating your own report pretty simple with a clear UI to pick the stats you want (you have categories to help you find what you need). Drag and Drop to organise the column of you excel file is cool too, and you can even rename them in the interface. I like the easy to understand feature to schedule and the fact you can send in CSV or EXCEL format + by email, FTP etc. If you pay a little extra to access to the premium version you can even customise /add logic/calculation like in excel but directly in the interface which will avoid you to have to work on your excel file once generated (= fully automatic) The support is also very good and trust me, just tell them what you desire and they will build your first reports. Then, by looking how they did, you can easily build your own reports. This app will follow your needs with endless features. Today we have just customised two reports but we know that if our needs evolve, we already have the tool without paying any extra. Trust me, one of the best reporting app if you feel stuck with shopify reports.
Simply the fastest, most versatile and efficient search engine. No hard work to install it, full of options to match your exact needs and super well integrated with other app. We are using it not only for our clients to perform search but also to add to our menu and create pre-made link such as 'Less than XXX', 'The most reviewed', Keywords etc.. + the support is great and will help you if you need to adjust few feature such as the presentation of the search page etc. That being said, be reassured, it works very well out of the box. A very good job from these dev and an affordable solution.
I am a very heavy user of apps as I am developing websites for clients. I can tell you one thing with VITALS app : go for it and you will save hours. If you have basic to medium needs, everything is included to answer you current needs but also to cover the future ones. A great thing with this app is that it will push you to add new features on your website as it is is just there (no need to browse the app anymore). Let's be honest, too many webmasters are focus on sellingonce the website is launched and do not dedicate time to improve it anymore. Fair enough as installign new app can create conflicts and cost time + money. No more an issue with Vitals. OF course, it won't be as good as dedicated to app if you really need a high level of integration but, really, it is really really good . It will also save you money as you can start with a basic free shopify theme, just add vitals on top and make your website looks like fantastic. I really like the review feature that offer almost everything you need, no need to install the super expensive YOPTO anymore (special mention to the review request that are sent automatically. A great feature that is missing in the official shopify review app). Also, the fact you van vote for new app and check the timeline is great as you can adjust your own development to it. Finally, even if you have a great degrees of control on how you want to display the different features you may need VITAL help to make it happen the way you want...and let me tell you, they have the right people available and most of my results are resolved in less than 30 minutes. If you start a website, install vitals and you will be safe.
A good app. Does the job with POS integration on top. It is just very frustrating that BOLD advertise the app is fully traductible if you subscribe to their plans but in fact, they forgot few sentences and words. Ie, the tiers explanations (very important part of the loyalty program) is in English (btw, with A GRAMAR mistake: SPENT instead of SPENT....no comment), but when you go to the Translation tab of the Backoffice, you cannot change. 3 stars because it is now 3 times I am telling them that and BOLD only answer is : "here is a link to find paid developers that can translate that for you"...Sorry? Did I miss something here? I have to pay for a dev mistake that you cannot correct ? First time I am leaving 3 stars to an app but this what happen when you talk to a wall. So if your website is not in English, remember that paying to have the translation feature...won't give a full traductible app...or you have to pay for extra dev.
