Our experience with Karen, our support manager, was exceptional. She was incredibly supportive, available, and helpful throughout the entire process. We came in with many ideas, some a bit outside the box, and she helped us bring all of them to life. We’re truly impressed by how the Okendo team works and how dedicated and responsive they are. Everything was handled smoothly and on time. Highly recommended!
Erin was amazing. She emailed me just a few minutes after I had sent my query. She provided detailed instructions on how to create another way to redeem points. I´ll definitely reach out to her if I need to change the settings of our rewards program in the future.

I have been using this app for several years, and not only did it change the game early on, but they're still pushing updates that provide new, valuable features. This is one of the best apps on the entire Shopify App Store.
