We had an update on the back end of the app after not using it for some time. Forgot the steps. After poorly describing the issue on my side, it was Chandan to the rescue! Patiently and expertly assisted, and jogged my memory. Five stars, and we're in business!

There's a lot going on "under the hood" here and the support team is responsive and resourceful. I see benefits to my customers now and in the future.

My experience is limited to handwritten HTML & old-school design. Gem-Pages is allowing me to knock together fresh looking new web design in a way that makes sense. the editor is intuitive and gives me access to complex programming solutions. When I have questions about creative functionality that I need to build into my website, I received quality help from text support chat. so far, Gem-Pages is the tool I need to get the job done.

This app has made our coffee club so easy for us on the back end, and allowed us to offer every option that our customers have been asking for over the last several years. Support is incredibly responsive. I've gotten every glitch fixed in no more than a couple hours (usually less than an hour), and a few little hacks to further make this exactly what we need. We can now aggressively promote the coffee club, knowing that it can handle the load with ease. The only thing that can hold us back is the roaster capacity.
