Unsolicited, they quickly tweaked/improved & let me know. I respect pride in work & excellence. Thanks, y'all! :D LOVE this app after FLOUNDERING with multiple other apps. This 1 covers the bases & serves its purpose really well!! They have been communicative with every question & even custom installed coding/perfect custom set up when it didn't happen to automatically jive with my new shop theme. Easy to use, auto sends review requests + appealing posts to my Biz FB page. Another plus...you can add item groups in settings to appropriately share reviews on listings that otherwise look left out. Major Woo Hoo & Thanks! ~SA~

This helps solve clunky issues with making enough of the right information available/right in front of site visitors. This app really does search every corner & hidden spot in your site & pulls information to the surface readily. Need to make something show up? Add a word here or there, reindex & boom, there it'll be in search results. Works lightning fast as you're typing, too. I was also able to tweak app verbiage to my liking, always a plus :) If that's not enough, they quickly send informative yet unobtrusive "happy" emails that were key for me adding critical elements to my shop...including the code for adding a search bar my theme didn't have but sorely needed!! Installed a few days ago. Think this will be especially appreciated by my mobile viewers plus make my site look even more professional for all viewers. I had a couple smaller things not working on my custom shop theme. My email was answered in a timely manner, questions were addressed & they even took it upon themselves while making corrections to tweak the coding a bit & make some other things look better in the pop up. Holy Moly!! This is the deal now :D It took me 5x longer to test out & decide what width to make my lens setting than to install this thing. I have a custom (non Shopify) theme & it clicked in immediately. And...it still allows for clicking image to just see the picture larger, which is the original/only zoom option for my theme. (That's great as a second option, but not what I really wanted & not as good as my old theme.) Only note: sometimes it takes a second for it to kick in on a page. I added cool crystal/rock specimens to my shop this year...now clients can see them in great detail in my updated shop theme. Can you even beat the price, too? Installed less than 10 minutes ago...Woo Hoo & Thank You!

Ok...I took a leap of faith with this one, since no reviews had posted. When it didn't automatically sync up with my new shop theme, they were communicative & let me know up front/apologized for big time zone difference & slight delay in response. They always followed up & got their job done. Love the super simple, succinct, straight forward 1-page dashboard! Definitely makes my site listings so much better + automatically syncs up with my reviews app. I'm lovin' it so far. Thanks, guys :D

Lovin' It!!! Super easy, customizable, immediately loaded up & posted items from my fb page so my new online shop now has reviews (from my long standing business) posted in it!! I was pleasantly shocked. Woo Hoo! Also opted to have the app auto send customized emails to help retrieve reviews from past shop transactions ~ My services are out of the ordinary & often viewed with skepticism, "is she honorable?" etc. so having the reviews button obviously there on every page with posted reviews readily available will be a life saver!!! All from the freebie version. bigger woo hoo. Wish had installed from the beginning. See how it looks in my shop! There are other ways to customize too ~ Sue Ann ~ UPDATE 2/28/2016: I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET SOMETHING RECTIFIED SINCE MID JANUARY. After multiple explanations & emails to 2 different people, still no fix. At one point, someone finally acknowledged & appeared to understand what I thought was a simple situation to explain & understand....asking for about 48 hours for tech to address. That was 1/29/2016. I asked again & was told on 2/8/2016 that it was taking longer than expected. I've been told to do part of this myself manually, which I easily understood already that I could & I did....yet that is not the point. I was willing to pay $29.99/month so that once my fledgling shop took off, all would be as it should & as worry free, automated as possible. The most recent email reply even asked me to explain the situation again. I find this stunning. I replied telling this person to check the existing email thread first. That I was unwilling to explain the situation, yet again. Along the way when I asked about a potential partial refund for all the trouble, lack of app functionality it appeared to me to subsequently forgotten or swept under the rug. I've looked for other apps this week, still here as I have not found proper replacement for my shop. I downgraded my plan. When this app worked fully & I was not in extended confounding dealings with them, I though it was great. OK...3/21/2016 UPDATE: Lovell diligently worked with multiple issues. Made things right. Has offered extra help which I appreciate. The reason for just 3 Stars today is I now need more time for a more proper, realistic update. Thanks Lovell!

My services are out the norm for many+ not executed in person & it seems to be important that potential clients/new clients understand I'm a "real, normal" person. I sense that having this map on site helps make a more tangible presence for me. I've learned over the years that clients are simply curious to know me better too.
