After 3 years using this app, we are still using it ... and loving it. Over the 3 years it keeps improving, adding new options, and remaining very relevant to our business. Any issues with display or theme compatibility is quickly resolved by the team. Highly recommend, and very easy and intuitive to use!

We have been using for some time now, and loving it. So easy to have an overview of what the CS team is dealing with, the level of queries, and how we can add value for our customers. If we have a question, the team at RP is there quickly with help and an answer :-)

Exactly what we needed and the support was very reactive.

Did exactly what we needed: Pushing our out of stock products at the end of each collection. The good thing is, we can select what collections we want this feature to be active on. Highly recommend.

We began our Brightpearl journey just 5 months ago and after an intense 2 months prep, went live 3 months ago. The team we worked with to get us ready for golive (led by Bianca), was a dream team! We couldn't imagine doing a project of this scale without the BP expertise and experience. Bianca gave that extra mile and took the time to really understand our business and the best way to implement BP to ensure we got the most out of it. Since going live, our team have taken all aspects of BP on board and our operations, customer service and warehouse are all seeing benefits beyond what we had hoped for in ease of use, order turn around, time saving, customer experience and accuracy. Our next phase is Demand Planner and the extended Warehouse Management System which we are all looking forward to introducing into our warehouse environment!

We are still in the process of setting this up, and getting ready to launch. But so far, loving it - so easy, seamlessly integrates with our theme and checkout, and as a customer, slots right in. And I must mention the support, as with most new apps, there are a few questions, tweaks and tips, and 'Sinchain' has been right there. Big Thankyou! Can't wait to put it out there :-)

We have been using the Apps from BSS for several months now. We have installed them on two sites, using a combination of the B2B Portal and B2B/wholesale app. Combining them together has given us a powerful way to manage our wholesale business alongside and integrated into our B2C business. It has taken a bit of tweaking and adjusting to seamlessly integrate, but it has been worth the effort. We are really happy with the results we now have (and our customers are too!). Jonas has been our main contact and support, and he has been fantastic. Behind the scenes the tech team Pham Le Minh Tri, Nguyen Minh Dang, Cuong NVM, Leorio, Vu Phi Hung, Nguyen Duc Manh have worked really hard to help us have a successful implementation. Totally recommend.

We are using this app in conjunction with the BSS Customer Portal app, on two sites now. We started with one app on one site, and over the last few months have combined the B2B/Wholesale soln and the BSS Customer Portal across two sites. Very happy with the way they have integrated into our sites, and we now have a combined B2C/B2B app that is working seamlessly for our customers. A big, big thankyou to Jonas (and his patience with my never ending questions), and the tech team Pham Le Minh Tri, Nguyen Minh Dang, Cuong NVM, Leorio, Vu Phi Hung, Nguyen Duc Manh for their work behind the scenes making all our customisations and helping with the seamless integration. Definitely recommend for any small-med sized business wanting to integrate Wholesale/B2B into their B2C business.
