So far, so good! This app was very easy to implement, and the settings are both thorough and clear. My store's theme was interacting with the multiple-address feature, but the Giftship team got back to me almost immediately, and had everything completely fixed within 24 hours.
This app is awesome! The support (thank you Malik!!) is amazing and literally helps you create any report you need! Helped build a completely customized inventory/product report that we run once a month- and they did it for us! Made it so easy! The reports you can schedule to run which saves so much time! The price is affordable, the support is awesome, and the availability/flexibility of reports are endless! I can’t wait to find out the other options we have in terms of reports to make. Highly recommend this app to everyone
support is always amazing, helpful, and quick! And the app itself integrates with everything and more than makes up for the cost! Love this app and love their support!!

Awesome app- but AMAZING customer service! Shout out to Meghan B. Who literally made the transition seamless- wicked quick replies , and basically did everything for us!! Cannot thank her enough- a lot of apps have great customer service but this was the best and most responsive!
The support was amazing!!! Tattu was extremely helpful and understanding when having to install the app on 3 theme versions :) plus customized it the way we needed it to look! Fantastic experience so far- support is great!
The app is some good conditions built in, but a few limitations. For the price, it’s great though! And support has been great and quick!! But...!! I don’t see any analytics! To see the success of the upsells! How much we’ve made- Which might be a deal breaker for us... :( which sucks because the app is super easy and quick to create your upsell offers etc. The other limitations we can deal with, for now anyway, because the rest is great- but I don’t think we can do this for too long without any sort of reporting on upsell success- Unless I’m missing a part of the setup? Or setting? Please tell me I am!!
