Great app to offer add-ons for customers. Works great, easy to use. I used this app as a workaround for custom additional product options(for example "add a gift card to the order" etc.) other similar apps had issues when working with other apps - this app works just great without any troubles. Customer support has solved the few customization issues we had within the same day. Highly recommended

Very nice and clean looking app. Easy to set up and we've had a good response from customers ordering the upsold products. I had an issue with their analytics text being displayed to customers at checkout and their support was friendly and knew exactly what to do to fix. We gave them collab access and they knocked it out quickly.

The app has massive loop holes in it, it allows a customer to delete products in their basket but the discounted upsell price remains, meaning the customer then only buys the discount product alone. It also allows the customer to multiply the discounted product's quantity and buy at the discount price as much as they want without adding more of the original upsell product? I already informed them of this months ago but still no fix.

I have been looking for a way to sell more addon items and this app is perfect. I tried a few and this one is a no brainer, it's so much better than all the others I tried, great fast help, easy to use, looks amazing. Get it! You will be able to display all the things ppl miss on your site as they enter the Cart, and add a discount like 7% off to all items, it's a great app! As I say, Get it.. you won't be disappointed. The best thing I have found with this app is that you can easily add 20+ items to popup, all related accessories that ppl probably didn't know they may need, or that we even had, and that we are recommending.. Then "if it suits other Main Products" you can get that Offer to popup on "Several Products/Triggers" - so set your Trigger Products but add as many as you like. I have one Offer that pops up from about 8 different Trigger Products all in the one offer. So no need to make 8 different Offers, just make one and add all the Triggers in the offer. I have made 10+ Offers already and it's the Bomb! Must Try APP! I am not one to pay for addon apps, I don't like constantly increasing my monthly App Bill but I couldn't resist with this one, it's the only App I have added that I pay for, I am sure it will pay for itself in a day easily! We offer 7% discount and it shows what they Save on each one, it's ideal Neil, now I have stats to look at which is proof it works if it is working for your customers.

PLEASE READ!!! I have been building Shopify stores for the past three years and this is by far the WORST app I have ever used. The upsell portion of this app is full of errors. The upsell app allows customers to take the original item that out of their cart and STILL get the UPSELL product discounted or FREE. I almost lost $13,000 in product today because of this. There is a new small check box in the settings that you have to MANUALLY apply to prevent this. Take it from an expert - I recommend staying FAR away from this app

it seems pretty good so far! seems a bit expensive for our particular uses, but it does what we were looking for, i think.

We tried a lot of app to upsell addon products. This one seems to work best for us. We had an issue after an update was made and the customer support was superb

This app just broke my store. I delete it from apps, but it does not remove files or codes from the theme.

Nightmare! I installed the Free plan (1 offer limit) on Debut theme and created one BOGO offer, as they say I could. Always problems and bugs, we exchanged over 10 emails, when they were fixing something, something else was bugging. Finally they came with an email saying that "Our discounted upsells are only available for paid plans :)" and when I told them that BOGO offer is on their list they send me another email saying "Our app doesn't yet have that feature". Very-very buggy app and worse: totally unprofessional business behaviour. Wasted time for me.

I have been looking for a very simple up-sell for a while. I only wanted to add one simple upsell and didn't need a complicated and expensive app. This app did the trick. Happy

Just installed this app in two stores and it does what it says, it's very easy to configure, create upsells, and the options are amazing for a free app!! I'm rating it 4 stars only because i would like to have detailed reports to be able to follow up and benchmark every offer. Other than that, so far works great! The app is some good conditions built in, but a few limitations. For the price, it’s great though! And support has been great and quick!! But...!! I don’t see any analytics! To see the success of the upsells! How much we’ve made- Which might be a deal breaker for us... :( which sucks because the app is super easy and quick to create your upsell offers etc. The other limitations we can deal with, for now anyway, because the rest is great- but I don’t think we can do this for too long without any sort of reporting on upsell success- Unless I’m missing a part of the setup? Or setting? Please tell me I am!!

For a free app, this plug-in offers amazing value and seems to be an absolutely equivalent alternative to the costlier Upsell Plug-Ins offered in the app store. Upsell Now is very easy to use and convenient to configure, also the customer support is superb. There are to small features which I'm missing: a) More conditions for setting up the upsell triggers, such as setting up a trigger for a cart value LOWER than X$. b) The ability to replace a product with an upsell-variant (e.g. a more expensive bundle)

The support is really great and that's one of the reasons why you should try this in your store now. This would help increase sales as well. Recommended!

This app is still in its infant days and lots of more advanced features (to avoid unnecessary follow-up with customers) that I personally would like to see are currently missing. That being said, it's free, very easy to install and has basic features to get start-ups started. It has already brought in some additional sales. As with every app, make sure to test loads yourself and think of the customer experience. The pop up design/formatting in mobile view could be improved a little.

Most FREE plugins for upsells are simply "algorithm based and give you no control over what is shown. This app puts the power in your hands to show what you want, on what skus or categories you want. Top notch service team too. Responds within 24 hours, and super helpful. They got us up and running in no time at all.

I installed this app for a very simple upsell at checkout. At first I found that it created draft orders that strangely allowed ineligible customers to get free shipping if an e-product and actual shippable product were purchased at the same time. However, I let them know about the issue, and they resolved the it which is great! Now I have a very easy to use and simple (and free!) upselling app that has already helped me make a couple of extra sales. Great app :)
