We've had an excellent experience with Okendo. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and makes collecting, managing, and showcasing customer reviews effortless. We especially love the customizable review requests, photo and video review features, and the seamless Shopify integration. Their customer support team, Karen specifically, has been exceptional, responsive, and always willing to help. The chat-with-us feature is one of the best I've come across, being especially valuable during onboarding. Great product, I think after the 2nd day of using it we had already gotten $188 in sales from the reminders. It's nice because sometimes people return an out of stock item that we wouldn't normally announce a restock for. I also had a question about something and they responded very quickly in the chat.

Was using returnly but decided to give aftership a shot. A lot more customizable, easier to process exchanges though and have different return options. The customer service is super helpful
