While it provides a robust solution, it may have limitations such as customization options, learning curve, integration challenges, scalability, and cost.

Initially we had a rough start with the platform, but their support team was quite considerate enough and helped us throughout the entire installation process. We have been seeing some very good results after all the widgets were installed. We would definitely recommend trying the dashboard once.

We were struggling with the manual process of approving customer requests at one place and then arranging for pickup at other place. It involved lot of our time only segregating requests, understanding the issue, that's when Return Prime came to our rescue, not only it removed the manual process but also made it an easy experience for our team to manage the returns and exchanges of the orders.. The support team is also very supportive! A must have app.

It's a great user-friendly app, works really well. Integration was done quite smoothly with the help of Interakt team.
