We have used Ali Reviews for over 2.5 years. It allows us to collect product reviews from our customers, display reviews, send automated review request emails to our customers after delivery, and perform other functions. I find it easy to use, and when I need help with anything, customer support has always been quick to resolve the issue.

I just migrated my store to DSers from Oberlo. The migration went very well. Lena from DSers was a great help! There were some data transfer concerns I had after migration to DSers from Oberlo and she was able to help me with all of them. Thank you!

We have been using this app for 6+ months for our abandon cart and checkout recovery. Great results! We are now starting to use more of the other features. Customer service has always been great. Previously we used another app with poor results and cost a lot more.
