Have had a wonderful experience. Karl, our CSM has been a pleasure to work with to not only set up, optimize, and continually check in and make sure we are succeeded in our program.
The app is very user friendly and I was able to get us fully set up within about 45 minutes. I was a little confused about some setting but I reached out to support and Theo was very helpful and quick to answer all of our questions. I do wish that they had a Klayvio integration but Theo was able to guide us to some other ways to make the app work for us in the meantime.
A great user friendly app to get your loyalty program off the ground. There are a number of video tutorials available on their YouTube channel that I found very helpful when learning how to make our flows. Eddie on the support team was a rock star and was super helpful and attentive!
