Super fast customer support when I needed some functionality enabled. Same day turn-around, which isn't always the case. Flexible product, easy to use, gets the job done.

I was having some trouble interpreting what I was seeing on one of the graphs. The AI asked pretty good questions but I needed to speak to a human to get to an answer more efficiently. Tasnim entered the chat, reviewed the exchange quickly and helped me understand the misleading "Last 12 months" graph. She also showed me where I could see additional information that cleared up the misunderstanding adequately. Great to get real-time responses from app support!
This has been a very helpful app for us to deal with engraving options. The price is reasonable and the support has been excellent! We recently had an issue with a couple option sets and support was terrific about resolving quickly.
Terrific integration by the support team, which happened within 1 day. Working with the app to import products almost couldn't be easier. Would recommend!

Flexible feed setup, seamless integration with google and bing. A tad on the pricey side but once configured I never really have to worry about our product feeds.

Really helpful filtering functionality based off tags. Easy to set up and they were very responsive on the couple of tweaks I needed to integrate my review provider. Highly recommend.
