Super responsive, took less than 5 minutes for the app owner to help fix the button on our site. Very easy to install!
This app has been extremely helpful to us as we start to launch a new program with weekly events. The chat support is very helpful and relatively quick to respond. There is room for improvement and requested features, hence the 4 stars, but they take requests and even let you vote on the requests of others to try and move them higher in the queue. Looking forward to some of the in planning updates.

I haven't run any ads yet (but a previous marketing company we worked with had) but the support to walk me through the app and best practices was great. They provided links, and recording tutorials on how to set up specific things on our account.
Support is always very quick to respond and help with any technical issues I've encountered, or have recommendations on ways to do things better.
