So easy to use, after dealing with the headache of another ticketing software I made the switch to this app and was able to get bookings for my tour up and running in record time! I had slight difficulty getting the calendar to look exactly how I wanted on my site (user error lol) and Mark reached out to me offering to jump in and help before I could even think about reaching out to him! He provided screen recordings of the changes he made and offered updated widgets to get things looking perfect! So glad I went with this app for my tour bookings!

I usually don’t do reviews, but I really felt I had to for this app. The customer service is beyond amazing! They really took the time to help me figure out an issue even though it was outside of their regular hours. They responded right away and were able to get me all the information and details I needed to pinpoint where the issue occurred. They prioritized the emergency we were having even though it ended up being something on our end. They were super kind, courteous and professional. Mark was amazing to work with and I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a smooth and responsive booking system.

This is the perfect app for offering in-house classes and events. I looked as several event apps but they were targeted to selling tickets or admission to large events. Online platform commissions would take a big chunk out of sales. Experiences App is easy to set up and use. Love the auto email sequence when someone registers for a class. Customer service is off the charts - creating a video to walk me through some specific questions and then jumping in to make some small tweaks for my Shopify template.

Great app! Simple to use and pretty intuitive as well. Customer service on this is also fantastic - they have always gotten back to me with answers to my questions, typically in the same day.

I like the app and its capabilities, although there is a learning curve and I have had no training. I got this thrown at me and had zero knowledge how to make it work for an event that was scheduled. I figured most of it out on my own but an online chat would have been helpful (and I don't mean a useless VA). However, the response/turnaround for my question was pretty quick. Very good support.

This was exactly what we needed! An event app that integrated seamlessly with our existing Shopify store. I'm hosting a live event and wanted to sell tickets, plus we're giving away t-shirts so I needed to get their size which I was easily able to do during their checkout process. It was really easy to set up, and their customer support team is amazing. They walked me through any questions I had. I love that it comes with automatic replies already to your customer, and you can also set up a QR code for their ticket. It's really so simple and so perfect, thank you so much!

We've started using this App in April 2024 and are very pleased with it. It's intuitive to use and anything you don't know you can look up or ask. I keep learning about more features! The support from Mark and his team is great. The time zone differences (we're in the UK) can add complexity to the offering of support, but they manage it very well.

Simply amazing. I regret not having given it a try before now. Pricing is very reasonable for the functionality you get with this app. Support is second to none. The design is elegant and information is clearly presented which enhances customer shopping experience. The app is also well organised and easy to use. Another thing that really stands out with this app is their ability to communicate instructions/explanations clearly and thoroughly through their support documentation and tutorials, unlike many other apps which often contain ambiguous and poorly defined app-specific terms and half-explained instructions.

Very happy with the IT customer service, Mark was attentive and efficient in resolving my mistake. Got it taken care of over the weekend so one less thing to worry about on Monday morning.

I have been using experiences for my cooking classes and small group events for over a year now and am very happy with the results. The events are easy to load and work well within the Shopify platform. I am overwhelmed by the amazing customer service received when I have had issues in the past. All issues have been resolved with a higher than expected outcome. I would highly recommend experiences.

I have been using Experiences for 3 seasons; getting pretty good at creating an Event and getting it on the system quickly. We changed Templates this past winter and when I released our list of Events our customers could not complete the check-out process. YIKES. The Experience folks helped me out -- on a Saturday morning -- and looked at things. They determined it was not Experiences but our new Template. Now I knew where to resolve the issue. So very thankful for their assist (even if outside of their scope of responsibility). Problem solved, bookings came in immediately!

Experiences has provided a solution for multi-day event tickets for our nonprofit. Mark has been extremely responsive with my questions and requests. There was a display issue with our page not resizing to smaller screens, and they took the time to understand the issue, fix it, and follow up to make sure it worked. We plan to use this for more events in the future, especially as they develop it with more features. I'm excited to see how the platform grows in the future! Thank you Experiences :)

I have been using the experiences app on my website for about 2 years now, and I cannot Rave highly enough about the amazing customer support. Whenever I have a question or issue, the team responds pretty much immediately with actual real humans, not bots, and they work extremely hard to resolve whatever the issue is. Most recently I had an issue with shopify, and Shopify wrongly claimed that the issue had to do with the experiences out. So I reached out to the experiences team, and they took a lot of time to research the issue and find out that it was in fact a Shopify problem, but they still told me exactly what I needed to do to fix the issue. I would never have expected them to keep looking for Solutions once they figured out that it was not in fact their app, but they did. Special kudos to mark. This degree of customer service is very hard to come by, and worth its weight in gold!

We were so excited to have our event booking page integrated into our website but were having difficulties getting it set up appropriately. I was having trouble posting a new experience and couldn't figure out why. I used the chat box and was able to get help right away for something that turned out to be pretty tricky. Really appreciated the quick response and assistance!

This app was very disappointing and I would not recommend it to another store. Firstly the events massively oversold. The tickets sold extremely fast and it quickly became apparent that more than the ticket limit had been sold. When we realised, one of the events had oversold by 40% with another also overselling. We took them off sale immediately or this number could have been way worse. This has left us in an extremely difficult situation with our restaurant team having to cater for a massively increased event at such an extremely busy time which is not good. Also once the event information came through we could see there were some serious issues with the details that had been entered by the customers. Overall we feel the app has caused just a huge amount of issues.

Great support whenever I had an issue or question. Easy to use with new features being added regularly. The Experiences check in app works very well when checking in hundreds of customers for a large event. The added QR code ticket customizer is a nice feature for branding your digital tickets.

I was looking for a complete app that would allow me to set up events for my customers and I am so glad I found this one. It has everything you would ever need to be able to customize when it comes to setting up events. Not only that, but the customer service is stellar. I had a slight issue with adjusting code to get my colors to match, and they took care of it for me. I am very impressed and I can't wait to get my next events rolling! I have found it useful. It is easy to add new times and to edit the group size. Since I have to sign up for other booking sites other than my website I do update the changes frequently. I know you don't have control over the other booking sites, such as trip advisor, but that sites is difficult to make daily changes. It would be great if the experience app would consolidate all the booking. Say if someone books on Airbnb experience my open capacity on the Experience App would know that and then reduce capacity accordingly. Thanks for you help. It would simplify my life if all my bookings came from my website and I only had to update changes with the Experience App--that would make me happy. Any thoughts on how to eliminate bookings on Trip Advisor and Airbnb and the 20% they charge would be appreciated.

This app has been extremely helpful to us as we start to launch a new program with weekly events. The chat support is very helpful and relatively quick to respond. There is room for improvement and requested features, hence the 4 stars, but they take requests and even let you vote on the requests of others to try and move them higher in the queue. Looking forward to some of the in planning updates.

So far this app is proving to be a great addition. Fairly simple and intuitive to use, and help was easily and quickly available when I needed it. I am now exploring how to adjust the styling to better match my store theme.

Great app if you need to sell tickets to an experience! I've needed changes and tweaks to the app several times over the couple of years I've used it, and the support I've received is always prompt and helpful.

This app is the clear winner after trying several ticket and event apps. The two essential features that push this app over the top are the custom email editors, and the ability for customers to assign their tickets to others. Also indispensable is the freedom the app creators have given merchants to customize the look of the app with CSS, allowing for a really seamless experience for the customer. The quick response time for developer help and the tight integration with Shopify POS are also features that are important to me and make this app a great solution :)

Just installed it and it's pretty straight forward and easy to use! Really excited to be able to offer this off of the Airbnb platform and on my own site. I had a question and hit the chat button and someone got back to me within a minute or two and answered all my questions and was very helpful. So far, I'm stoked!

The Experiences app has been great for our in-person classes. It makes ticketing a breeze, and I love that you can still customize the look and feel. We have been particularly impressed with Mark and Chip’s customer service! Any time we have a question, they are quick to respond and always so helpful. I love this app for creating professional workshop registration listings! It's easy to use! And best of all, if you need help, Mark, the developer, is super fast to respond! I've been really happy with Experiences for my class registrations. There've been hiccups as there would be with literally any technology, and every time I've had a question or issue, they've been super quick and gotten me back on track. At times, the app was not integrating with my theme correctly, and they popped in and fixed it. Other times, I needed to modify things as I learned about my needs and they were so helpful! This is an adaptable app with a friendly and helpful team- highly recommend!

The Experiences App has been an excellent add-on for our Wetland Discovery Centre. It allowed us to the opportunity to continue booking guided activities and experiences while we were closed due to COVID. Now, most of our regular activities are created to be easily booked online. The support we have received has been prompt and helpful.

After looking through about 10 different apps experience has got to be the cleanest one I've found for managing my bookings. It has all the features I need and easy to set up. I did find a small bug with my theme and the app not agreeing (I don't understand why) but Chip on the live chat was really quick to fix it all. Excellent app and even better customer service. Our organization uses this app to allow customers the option to pre-book their tickets and for us to manage the numbers of guests we have per day. This has been crucial to our busy tourism season and allowing us to open safely to the public during the Covid-19 pandemic. As a newer user - we implemented Experiences to book clients into our dog park. The app functions well for booking, and is easy to use - so if you are looking for a basic program, this works. However the customer service since passing the Trial Day has been nilch. All support tickets go unanswered and when waiting on their online chat, it just lingers. I have yet to get a response on implementing links on the description, ability to use simple things such as BOLD or UNDERLINE. Will be looking to book Tip or Sesami instead due to their customer service reviews. I just think it is distasteful that Customer Service was soooo good during our Trial time, which gave false expectations.

I use this app to manage classes for my custom candle making store. The app easily allows customers to book on my website or over the phone. The app has many functions such as storing customer information and allowing me to transfer existing reservations to other class times. The experience staff always responds very quickly and helps me with any questions I have. I have had nothing but positive experience with this app and continue to use it to build my brand!

I use this app on Big Bear Gear to create and schedule all of our outdoor events and classes. It has made it very easy for us to add classes and register and manage attendees all on one Shopify platform. I highly recommend it.

Updated: This app has promise (great developers and support) but unfortunately didn't work for my purposes. We really need another option other than a calendar view to sort through multiple events. My customers were having to scroll through 6 months of blanked out dates to get to the one date we had--there should be an option for a dropdown menu of dates. We were losing sales dramatically due to this function.

The support is awesome! Mark was super helpful and encouraging. Glitch: when I get an error, it doesn't tell me what it is.

We run painting and furniture upholstery courses and needed a simple to use app to plugin to our Shopify Store. We are new to Shopify and so had a number of questions about how to make things work properly.
