Classic Retrofit

Spotted that this was mandatory for us to trade in the EU, the set up was simple, support was on point (thanks Natalie!) when I ran into a problem (down to my limited knowledge not with the app) and it integrates seamlessly. Five stars!

We needed a fix - urgently, for our commerical invoices going to the US market. Our carrier totally left us in the lurch, but the team at Order Printer Pro / Shop Circle helped to create and launch a new document template in no time at all. It was super quick and totally painless. We rely on our sales to the US and clear commercial invoices with the correct HS and HTS codes was proving to be impossible. Massive thanks to the team - you smashed it!

Our experience with Gorgias has been wholly positive - it's freed up a massive chunk of resource in our sales and tech support teams enabling us to add value elsewhere, which has been invaluable. We have a very technical product and the AI assistant has been incredibly accurate in it's advice and support over email and chat (albeit after investing a lot of time in training) and also at covering more mundane day to day queries that it dispatches with ease. It's generated a decent amount of sales too, which for a store with a avg sale value of over $2500 is impressive. My only regret is that we didn't adopt Gorgias earlier.

So glad we went for Klayvio - it's been easy(ish) to pick up but so simple to use everyday once once you have some experience under your belt. It's made a measurable difference to our customer engagement and sales. THANKS!

Easy to implement and quick efficient support

We were way behind the curve on reviews, the Klayvio Reviews app was easy to implement and has helped attract a good response in a short space of time. Would definitely recommend!
