The customer gets updated that we have made changes 3. Refunded amount goes straight back to your customer's bank account 4. We use Signifyd on our wholesale watches & jewellery website, www.sell4profit.co.uk It enables us to feel confident when sending out orders. In the past we have used PayPal and we amounted a huge amount of chargebacks. So we are really happy that we have found this fantastic app, that seamlessly integrates to Shopify
I love this product, saves admin time!!!
We've been using Chatra for a month or so and we can't say anything bad about this App at all. It greatly helped us connect with our customers, especially those new customers that just found our website and were interested in our products. Chatra enables us to answer questions from curious customers as well as improve our communication to all other customers. Its feature of allowing us to reply either instantly via chat or via email helps us balance things and not get flooded with a lot of messages.
