Perfect for adding credit to customer accounts. Easy to integrate with our site and an easy app to use - great onboarding video to get started and outstanding customer support if you need it.
You'll pay for the amount of customers you have in your shopify not the amout of store credit accounts, so if you have 50k customers but only 5 with store credit you have to pay for all 50k

We were in search of a new app to help keep track of credits for a segmented portion of our customer base. FreshCredit is exactly what we needed. The customer service is excellent and the app is very easy to use. We simply just imported the chunk of customers that require the credits. We would recommend if you are looking for a store credit app to use for your customers! Super user friendly and they are great to help when it is needed.

This app works well and is constantly getting better. The small dev team is very prudent about responding to any questions you may have. Though there are a few things I wish the app would provide, the team is working very hard with constant improvements on the app. If you actually want good customer service and a well made app I would get this one.

A great app for tracking Credit Notes and really quick, excellent customer service. Very easy to use. Sadly we couldn't use it as it conflicted with another wholesale app we were using. Gutted.
Cara was very helpful in loading customers for me &ensured the rest of the app was loaded correctly
App didn't work with my theme and they continued to blame other apps rather than rectifying the error on their end. Don't bother wasting your time with this app.

Thank you for your feedback on our app and your willingness to try Fresh Credit! It is unfortunate and true that this store had another app interfering with our code. Our team actively tried to resolve this issue with the assistance of the merchant. It is unfortunate this could not be solved before the app was uninstalled.
We had an issue with the app loading in our custom theme. We hopped on chat and Cara solved the problem instantly. Great app. Great customer service.

It does just what you want it to do! I wanted to make some minor styling changes and I needed help importing my customers, and Cara was there in a flash to help me out!

I have more customers than my subscription allows forcing me to upgrade to a super expensive subscription but I only want to give store credit to less than the allowed customer limit amount in the starter plan. Just because they have a customer account with me doesn't mean I want to offer them credit or that they even shop with me or have placed a single order. Many customers have multiple accounts with multiple emails. I won't be able to use the app due to this.

Our pricing is very clear, and based on the number of total customers a shop has. This is disclosed up front prior to installation. To elaborate, FreshCredit works just like a bank account. Just like a bank account, where you may not have money in your bank account, you still HAVE an account with the bank and all the overhead associated with that account. So even though a customer may not have credit on your store, FreshCredit must still maintain the customers account and be ready to quickly and easily add credit in real time.
This app is intuitive and user-friendly. Despite a few hiccups in synchronising customer data when we first started it's coming together really nicely. We have also requested for styling customisation and the team have updated the button styling already. Great work and prompt response!

This app is honestly a game changer! Does exactly what it says and if there are any difficulties Cara is simply amazing at helping you out. She has responded to all my emails and has even gone out of her way to try and help me with clear cut screen records of my site to show me how to fix any issues.
I have been using this app for a couple of years now, and for the most part its been good. When I ran into issues the support team was great and helped me get it resolved. However, the thing that keeps me from giving this 5 stars is the fact that this app is missing some key features that would make it a game changer: 1) Automatically notifying customers of updates on their account/credits. Everytime I post credits on customer accounts I have to go in a manual email them to give them an update on their account. (which is a headache when you are dealing with high order volumes) 2) your homepage just shows your customers in alphabetical order. There is no way to delete accounts made in error or customers with multiple accounts, and you have no way to see the current numbers of your store.. like how much outstanding money you have in credits. There are no analytics, no summaries, nothing. Its a great app at the core, but its in need of some updating.

The good news is our team will be working on major enhancements for Fresh Credit in early 2021 and many of your suggestions will be included within the 2021 enhancements. Customer service responds quickly. Unfortunately not compatible with our theme, but they've offered to see if they can expand compatibility. Very cool!
Setup took a bit longer than anticipated as we suffer from the tyranny of time-difference (USA/AU). Once the team was able to get in and iron out a couple on minor wrinkles, I now have a fully functioning store credit system that does what it says on the box and is dead easy to use. I foresee this saving me a ton of time in managing returns and refunds, added with the ability to use it as a promotional reward function. They also seem very open to suggestions on customer usability tweaks and improvements, so... top marks Todd and team!
Application serves the need for allowing clients to provide store credits to their customer. Great Customer Support as well.
Although I was unable to ultimately use the app for our site because it interfered with another pricing app we have to use on our site, I have to say that: 1. The Customer Service from this app was amazing in helping us get it installed. 2. The ease of issuing credits to a customer was amazing. It's a simple, straightforward solution to offering credit to your online customers. 3. Even when we realized we couldn't use it, the customer service rep went back in and removed the code they had put in to make it work. I'll definitely remember this app for future websites. Quick to respond! Fixed my issue and the app worked as described. The app then picked up all my customers and I was ready to go. They are working on rolling out some new features. So I am hoping that these new features include the ability to account for the credit that is used through reports. Right now it shows up as discount, if your store has other discounts you would not be able to tell them apart. We will be using this FreshCredit as trade we offer customers for trading in inventory. The ability to search a customer by name would be helpful. I look forward to seeing what their new upgrades are! I have a lot of faith in this app particularly based on their great customer service!
This app does everything I need to! Not to mention their support response is fast and very helpful.
The app has a serious issue which makes using it very difficult and annoying. It refreshes data so quickly that working with the app is almost impossible
FreshCredit Team were super accomodating when fixing the app for our theme. It works perfectly on our store now and is super easy to use!
We have had FreshCredit on our store for 6 months, the team was quick to respond when it wasn't compatible with our theme. Works beautifully for our customers and has made our lives easier! Thanks Fresh Credit Team !

This application is great, simple and effective. The customer service has installed me very quickly and those despite the problem of translation because I am French and my English is bad. I use it for prepaid cards so I can also manage my clients' credits internally
This app really does make it easy for small and start business owners to take care of their customers. Transactions are faster and easier for both the business and customers giving us more time to focus on other things to improve our business rather than the problems that this app has already solved for us :) good job!!
Big help to be able to issue store credit. Allowing me to keep more dollars in my business. I tried this and a competitor and Todd was willing to help me with some custom coding to get it working on my site. Very helpful. Highly recommended
This app is basic a fancy way to used discount codes. its not cash. i can't use discount codes and fresh credit at the same time.

This is 100% a Shopify limitation, nothing we can do to resolve this. Please contact Shopify and ask them to fix this restriction!
Annoyed that my customers cannot view their store credits, depending on what device or browser is used. The credit also kicks out any other discount (wholesale or vip). Disappointed!
I wanted to use this because we do not allow order cancellations and wanted to be able to with store credit. Unfortunately the software does not properly sync customers
Customers are not able to see these credits at check out. Didn't solve our problem.
Finally a cost efficient and streamlined store credit app, this app has made our returns process 3 x more efficient by saving us around 2 minutes per credit we issue, and for a store with 10s of thousands of customers this is something we badly needed, if you are still creating individual discount codes as store credits for your customers I would highly suggest this app!
HORRIBLE. Because it doesn't work. Customers are trying to checkout and can't because the credit isn't showing up in their account. I literally have to send screen shots to show people it is in there. AND, a customer cannot use a coupon code and their store credit at the same time. That is insane. A store credit is like cash. Why would you not also be able to use a coupon and cash. This needs serious work.
WARNING!!! If you use additional notes in your check out process it will conflict. Customer Service took a week to let me know and then said "they are too busy" to fix the issue. Quite sad for an app that wants's it's customers to pay a monthly fee. I can't think of a worst response aside from no response. If customer service is something you are looking for, move on to another app. Fortunately for potential customers, I am not too busy to write this negative review.
apps looks pretty good. We see there big potential for customer retention. However need to test it for longer time. Recommend it!

Store credits were a must-have for us to migrate to Shopify, and Fresh Credit delivered just in time. This is a hassle-free way to give customers store credits instead of a discount code that they can lose or share, without worrying about creating customer groups etc. Of course, there are some things we'd like to have within Fresh Credit, but I'm confident they will be included in future updates. Thank you, Todd!
Great app and easy to use! We have used this app for several months and have had no issues. Customer support is very easy to get a hold of as well.
I called in to get help setting up Fresh Credit. I left a message and got a call back very quickly from Todd. Todd was not only incredibly kind, but he was incredibly helpful as well. He was able to resolve my issue on the fly and get everything up and running with no issues. I will continue to recommend and use Fresh Credit on any sites I work on in the future!
I've just started using Fresh Credit with my website and so far has been incredibly easy. There was one coding issue through my Shopify site that kept it from showing in a customer's account but it was easily and quickly fixed by the representatives. I think my customers will love having this feature!
We've used probably 30 apps over the years to manage our store, so we have a lot of experience. This one has to be the worst by far that we have ever come across. Seriously. It's that bad. Don't even waste your time.
