ShipInsure is top tier: from onboarding, customization, claims, and check-ins, their team is super responsive and helpful. I wanted to customize the widget in our cart so that it was abundantly obvious ShipInsure was optional. Despite this being a bit of an unusual request, they implemented all our requested changes and we are still at the top end of adoption rate for their benchmarks. They've also been super open to feedback and input on improving the platform and insights for future offers. If you're a growing brand looking for an excellent way to improve customer experience and reduce the inevitable losses from USPS losing your packages, ShipInsure is a no-brainer.

I have a lot of free-gift-with-purchase promos throughout the year, but Shopify's native capabilities require customers to add the freebie to cart before trying the code. Great product, a must if what you're selling requires a lot of customer education. Streamlines and organizes all the information for the customer. EasyTabs also has excellent customer service when I came to them with an issue with my templates. When developing my store, I had to create a new, unique product template to remove the Add to Cart button and replace it with a contact form for certain products only. The tabs were not appearing correctly for any products using that template, so I contacted EasyTabs support. They resolved the issue for me (all I had to do was add them as an administrator) and everything was set to go all within the same business day. I've used a LOT of plugins and business related software in general, and EasyTabs support is definitely in the top 10% of quality customer service and ease of use. Highly recommend.
