This is my second time leaving a review. The service team reached out to me personally and asked for another opportunity, and I was happy to give them a try. They respond promptly to every request or inquiry with clear and helpful answers. I’ve worked with them for a few months now, and I’m impressed by their improvements and positive attitude. The feature I love most about this app is the sourcing function, which allows me to find my preferred suppliers with better quality. I hope ZQ continues to grow, gets more business, and adds even more great features in the future.

At first, thanks for the helpful customer service Connie and Judy who solve my problems in time. I am new to this app but I recommend it to everyone as you will always get an answer for your doubts. The respond speed and service come out slower and slower after 2 months later. Sometimes the tracking status didnt updated for 10+ days until I found out myself and the only answer is wait and nothing. I would reconsider in using them soon.
