Gorgias is a convenient customer service solution. Instead of remembering to check email, chat, FB, IG etc, it is all in one place. 4 stars instead of 5 as it is a little hard to set up and takes some getting used to.

Gets the job done and is much cheaper than having a higher Shopify plan for reports. Customer service is amazing and very fast!
Had some issues at the start but customer service has been kind and helpful and fixed the issues I had at the start. I'll be using this for sure!
Fantastic Customer Service! Easy set up, integrates seamlessly with my store and looks great. Still working on making sure the email review requests are sending.
Like the customizations. Not especially intuitive and a bit tricky to navigate. Hope it gets easier with time.
