We are really excited about partnering with Postscript. First and foremost, the people at Postscript are incredibly caring and warm. Very importantly, we continually feel that they have our best interests in mind. We are really excited about the functionality as well, but wanted to highlight the people behind the service here.
This is a great app! It does exactly what you'd hope it would do. Our photos load quickly and the page looks on brand and seamless with the rest of our website.
Lots of insightful information to be found with Better Reports. Their customer service is fantastic and created several detailed and (to me quite complex) reports for me.
Route has been a game-changer. There is nothing worse than receiving complaints about damaged products and Route has lifted that off or our shoulders. I was skeptical at first, but was reassured to find that they treat my customers with the same "white glove" service that I strive for. They were helpful and friendly in setting everything up and it has been an easy addition to our store. I only wish I had found out about their service earlier. Highly recommended even if you have have a small damage rate.
I switched to this app from another popular review app and am so happy that I did. The reviews with photos is a great idea and everything has run perfectly. Easy to set up. Customer support helped me when I had a question right away. I plan on being with Loox for a long time. Highly Recommended!
